An incident happen on 20/01/23 (Friday) in the Aftern’n at1530hr.
Staff were unhappy to serve. -during over the counter &get something to eat. Initially, I was behind the queue waiting for my turn to be called. And I didn’t know counter left is Open.
A lady staff saw me but did not direct me that “(left) counter is available”. Only after a couple went over to make payment then realise 2 counter avail. no.1′ on the ‘left & n2′ the right’
Upset the customer who was serve before me (“cut-queue) Im piss off after she was unhappy to serve, so I walk away. It was supposed to be a happy occasion with ours Family Member to celebrate CNY to watch a movie airplane.
So I wanted to let the matter rest.”The manager also agree the situation early on has 2 counter available. At that moment I thinking maybe she having a bad day. So just”forget it” my bad luck.
Later on I come back to the counter right’ settle the payment, but “same lady counter (Left) was rude, not only unhappy serve; get nasty remark’ fr her ‘we customer’ “GILA”(Mly translate”Mad”).
We didn’t expected for it + this not the way treat a customer if you were unhappy to serve! Don’t spoilt our CNY.

Help me share this is not the way to Treat a customer And the remark is uncalled for.
Also the service level has drop.
We wanted to support to get something over popcorn and drink to go along with the movie airplane ended up spoilt our day to hear this during CNY
