Toh Chuan Choon a 53-year-old have been sentenced to jail after he was exposed for having paid sex with a 17-year-old over 3 occasion in 9 days. Amounting to $900.
The 17-year-old first confided in Ng Kok Hua a 60-year-old man of her personal issues with her family and later on the topic of earning part-time was brought up. Initially, the man told her that the easy way to earn is by selling herself. Initially, she did not agree on doing so.
Ng told Toh about the 17-year-old and decided to pimp her out to Toh. Ng called up the 17-year-old and asked if she wanted money, eventually, a meeting was set up and the three of them was drinking. Eventually, the money was handed over to the girl and things happen.
Later on, there were two other separate occasions which ended up in a transaction to happen. Eventually a social worker found out about it and reported to the police.
