MIO TV SUBSCRIPTION CANCELED BUT STILL ASKED TO PAY FOR IT

I really need your help to solve my problem. I have been calling your customer service hotlines since March to cancel the Chinese Movies+, Movies+ & World Sports+ (mio tv). They keep telling me it will be canceled but never. I keep receiving the bill with the charges on it.

I went down to Singtel shop but they told me they can’t do anything and asked me to go down to Comcentre. I went all the way on the 7 July, the staff there said they have cancel with immediate effect

BUT I still received the bill this month with the charges.

Can someone please tell me how can I get it canceled. It is totally unfair for me to pay.
