NinjaVan Unacceptable Behavior of Delivery Staff
Location: Sin Ming Avenue open car park lot
Date/Time: 6th April 2020 at about 15:05hrs.
Evidence Obtained: 1 video and photos
The driver (wearing a red T-shirt with the words, Last Mile pirited on the back) had parked his vehicle at the HDB open carpark at Sin Ming Avenue on Wednesday 6th April 2020 at about 15:05hrs.
He then proceeded to unload the packages, boxes, envelopes and threw them onto the empty car park lot next to his van.
The surface of these carpark lots are “DIRTY” covered with vehicle OIL, SOIL, possibly animal excrement as there are broods of chickens and many dog owners in the estate.
At one point of the video clip attached, he’s seen using his foot to move the boxes to make space to place other items.
We have photo evidence and 1 video of his unacceptable action and have attached them in this email for your onward action.
NingaVan Management Team, “Is this how Ninja Van treats customers parcels enroute to their destination?
And upon reaching the homes soiled and unknown to the receiver contaminating his private space? is this fair and acceptable to the founders and stakeholders?
