My dad was found missing since 13 Jan 2019
He is wearing a white cap, white-collar tshirt, long black pants and black sandals (as shown in the 1st photo) He has some medication condition, dementia and unable to speak. We are very worried if anyone happen to see or find him, please kindly contact me or call the police immediately.

His last bus exit tap out was 521pm, 13Jan at New Bridge Centre (Chinatown) but not sure if he really alighted from the bus. He is carrying a pioneer ezlink card and a photocopy ic with him (he might have dropped them by now).
