She was purportedly unhappy that she couldn’t have her delivery order sent to her doorstep due to Covid protocols.
The incident happened in Malaysia.
Here is what the netizen said:
"I received a video this morning, I wish to speak up on behalf of our M-Forces Security. It happened at around 8 o'clock last night. The China lady insisted on letting the deliveryman deliver her bubble tea upstairs. However, the security guard refused and stopped the delivery boy from sending it upstairs, telling him the current SOP does not allow it due to Covid. Later, the deliveryman received a call from the China lady and he then explained to her the situation. During the explanation, she scolded the security guard and deliveryman at the same time. After a while, she became angry and said that it isn't like this in other countries including China and asked why is Malaysia so bad? The security guard tried his best to pacify and explain to her, she did not accept it and was very agitated towards our security guards and the deliveryman. Things then came to a head and she then threw the bubble tea at them. Here, I would like to pay tribute to the security staff of M-Forces Security! They showed a professional side to calmly deal with and stick to their posts and responsibilities. I am proud of them!"
