A family living in a Yishun HDB block found urine and faeces thrown at his front door and corridor area on the morning of 21 November.
He checked his CCTV and saw a man holding what appears to be a bottle with brown liquids inside it as he walked towards the unit.
He disappeared from the CCTV footage as he had walked into a blindspot of the CCTV, but later reemerged with the bottle now empty.
The incident only happened to his home and not to his neighbours.
Alleged culprit was a neighbour
The resident lives with his grandmother and uncle at Block 712, Yishun Avenue 5
He said that the man in the video was a neighbour living downstairs, one floor below them.
They were on friendly terms and had interacted with each other on a few occasions.
He said that the incident was unprovoked.
