A woman who worked in a Thai Disco recently shared her story on Instagram saying why she rather work in Singapore as a hostess.
She shared that she is a degree graduate but she rather works in Singapore as it is much more lucrative than any job back home.
This is what she said:
I have degree an I used to work a office job when I was in Bangkok but the money so little. I work in Singapore 1 week more than I earn in Thailand for 3 months.
I know many people say my job no good always drink and many bad men but I need money to take care of my family. My father gamble, in debt, must pay back for him. My mother work hard in Thailand but earn little bit not enough give my brother study.
But no choice, work here better in Thailand. any job also lesser money than in disco. In Singapore I earn 10 time more.
I know when I old no body want me but nevermind, I finish work here few year. I go back Thai I buy home buy car buy everything.
Then I do small business no die can already.
