A video has been circulating online where a woman was caught on video simply covering her dog’s poop with newspapers before leaving the area without disposing of it properly.

The location of the incident is at Block 671A Yishun Ave 4. It is understood that this woman has done this countless of times. She would bring her dog to defecate at the grass but she will never clear it. She would just place a newspaper over the dog poo before running away quickly.
Nee Soon Town Council is aware of the issue and they have deployed their cleaning staff to check and clean up the mentioned area. They have also placed a poster at the block to remind the residents on proper disposal of their pet’s faeces.
