YOUNG PUNK DRINK AND DRIVE, CAUSED ACCIDENT AT CTE

Footage of a harrowing vehicular accident emerged on Facebook yesterday morning.

The accident happened along the CTE before the Yio Chu Kang Road exit, where a red car was seen speeding towards the SLE, where is then swerved before slamming into the back of a blue car.

The impact was so great that the blue car turned turtle (upside down) and debris was strewn across expressway lanes.

The driver of the speeding car was able to get out of his vehicle, but the driver of the car that he hit (the upended blue car) looked to be in bad condition.

A 27-year-old male car driver was arrested for suspected drink driving.

Second collision

When police officers were attending to the first accident (mentioned above), a motorcycle hit a police car belonging to the officers at about 1.30am.

The 29-year-old male motorcyclist was arrested for suspected drink driving as well, however no injuries were reporting for this particular accident.
