Facebook user Park Kuri shared on Facebook that she bought an Acer monitor from the COMEX I.T. Show, and the screen was allegedly cracked.
She said that she contacted Acer about it but was told that it was not under warranty, as she added that it’s been less than 3 days and she was gentle and careful with it.

Anw I just bought an Acer monitor last Sat at Comex and yesterday while I was swapping the cable (cuz it was constantly going black screen/hanging/freezing on a screen even tho the PC could still play the music that was playing),
the screen cracked with a large patch missing (see image)
and when I asked Acer about it, all they said was that it’s not covered under warranty.
Physical damage and software both also don’t cover then what they cover.. :”) it’s been less than 3 days eh, I was being super careful and gentle with it too so I don’t understand why it’s so delicate like how else are you gonna swap the cables like that???
Can anyone offer any adviceÂ
