According to two voice records that are circulating in Whatsapp, two-man spoke and said that the two groups are Old Airport group and Teck Whye group also known as “chao” people.

“chao” people are often used to described gang members from the infamous “369”.

Photos of the members were uploaded by Facebook user Ranashinghe Reuben Elvis Seyadoris. The Facebook user claims that they are the people involved, the photo also circulating Whatsapp.
One of the men in the photos even had a Police tagging on his right shin.
