A fire extinguisher was seen shooting out of a high rise skyscraper in the morning of 10 August.
It had burst and shot through the glass window on the 23rd storey, falling down onto and rebounding off the ground floor, crashing through the glass of an opposite building.
The extinguisher had apparently expired and burst before flying through the window, smashing it in the process.
According to The Straits Times, and spokesperson for the Singapore Land Group said that the unfortunate incident took place inside a vacant unit at around 10.30am during reinstatement works by a contractor.
Nobody was hurt from the incident.
Further investigations are ongoing.
