MAN SAYS IMPERFECT LIFE IS BETTER THAN A PERFECT LIFE, KENA SUAN BY NETIZENS

0

Life is better when it ain’t perfect.

Some may say that life isn’t perfect.

I say that it is better that life isn’t perfect.

In the real world, betrayal, politics bound to happen someday. What that happens, just focus on the flaws and you will feel better.

My current girlfriend has everything I desire. Slim figure, good look, pleasant character etc.

The only minor flaw is her flat chest.

Take note I still love her very much despite her. flaw. I do wish to continue being with her.

If in the very unfortunate case that we do break up someday which I really don’t wish to happen, I will just focus on that 1 minor flaw I can find in her and console myself by thinking that I have gotten rid of a washing board.

Here are what netizens think:

  • Can you please look into the mirror and check yourself before writing such a confession? What can you provide for someone who has everything you desire?
  • you say ‘minor flaw’ because it is small issit? But in your mind it seems to be a major flaw!!! Aniways .. I doubt you love her as you still are able to objectify her. When I luv me women, they are all perfect
  • Because you have thoughts so, in the future, even the best airports may collapse or some airplane crash landed.
  • The first few sentences felt promising.. like a legit story. End up it’s about an airport runway. Hahahhahah what a twist hahahha. Does she have bad breath too?
  • Because you wrote about it, that proves that it’s a major flaw in your eyes. Don’t waste her time. Note that some people are in need of washing boards to wash their things. Give the right man the chance. And go to a hilly zone that you like.

MAN SAYS “IF YOUR A PEOPLE PLEASER, YOU’RE A LOSER FOR LIFE”

0

If you’re a people pleaser, you’re a loser for life.

I said what I said.

Seriously, learn to say no. Learn to be a lil selfish. Learn to understand that you deserve happiness and satisfaction from your own choice for yourself regardless of other people’s feelings about it. It’s such a huge ass turn off seeing someone trying to make everyone happy and walking on eggshells so not upset them and cause trouble.

eF I care sia about your so called “trauma” that made you this way. Get the f over it. Stop letting other people take control over your life. Start getting your shit together la sia. Take the risk, cause trouble, make them upset, who effing cares.

If you still choose to be a people pleaser, then you’re nothing but a effing loser.

Grow the ef up.

Here are what netizens think:

  • Go for win-win lah, don’t have to cause trouble all the time. Know when to take the peaceful route out.
  • Some people are empaths. They feel a natural sense of compassion for others. Just because you can’t feel that much dosen’t mean others are a fool. Feeling emotions is a sense of strength not weakness. Weak people run away from that because it scares them. They think they’ll get hurt and not be able to deal with the pain. That’s not strength to me. Could just as easily tell you to grow the hell up too and be vulnerable cos that’s the only authentic way to live life ?
  • Wow, so strong! I like… stay strong ok. Promise, don’t ever give in no matter what, ok?
  • You need therapy.
  • Also, if you choose to be a person who acts like a jerk, I would also dare say, you’re a loser. I guess it’s a balance. Sometimes please, sometimes be selfish. Everytime be considerate and kind.

EGOISTIC GUY TOLD GF TO NOT ACCEPT PROMOTION SO HER PAY WILL BE LOWER THAN HIM

0

Men who can’t afford a woman but want the sky.

I don’t have anything against men who don’t earn much, have a bad character, shallow mindset with tiny D energy. But for goodness sake, find a woman who matches you, accepts you and will give in your man child crap behavior. Basically you just want a woman to take over your mother’s role but with additional bed benefits only. I’m sure there will be some willing women even though some may grumble about it years later.

Leave the high quality valued women alone. No one in their right mind will reject a promotion just because your ego can’t accept that she can earn more than you! If you can’t accept a woman has grown to become more successful than you career wise, don’t date high valued women in the first place!

I dated an ass for a few months and he had the audacity to demand that I reject my promotion because it would mean that my income would be significantly higher than him. He disguised the talk that he didn’t want us to spend less time together due to my new management role but I can sense his jealousy from miles away. The suggestion was not out of love or concern for us. Next!

Here are what netizens think:

  • What a Karen. I’m outa wherever she is if I were the unfortunate man.
  • The same type of Karen who complain when there is only handicap lots left
  • What I agree with – that your partner should give you his blessings, promotion or not. As for whether that promotion is good for you or not, no one has the right to decide except you. Maybe the money comes with with more job responsibilities, but also means more learning opportunities? Maybe it is something OP enjoys doing? Only OP will know. What I disagree with. You tagging yourself with a high valuation. You mean if one day you get demoted, force to draw a lower salary, you are low value liao?
  • These are men who want the top notch at very low effort. That’s why you see men negging at beautiful women trying to lower her self esteem make her doubt herself (her beauty and capability) so that you would give in to him. Find a partner who does not get jealous/belittle you/see you as competition of your achievement instead he will support and rara you all the way ..

FRIEND SEEING A MARRIED MAN THINKING THAT IT IS NOT WRONG

0

How do I counsel my friend in the kindest way possible?

My friend and room mate is seeing a married man. She insisted the one who is not loved is the third party. So she’s referring to the man’s wife as the third party which I don’t agree. I see her crying and in a state of emotional mess most of the time. She also often drop whatever she’s doing and just go to him when he calls. Once we attended someone’s gathering and she just took off midway during the meal without giving an explanation. I’m running out of excuses for her irresponsible behavior as friends will usually ask me what’s up with her as we live together.

I really cannot see what’s so great about this married man. How long will it take for the situation to self implode? She’s a mess now and has started drinking everyday which is unlike her. I am afraid to talk to her because she will become agitated whenever I ask about her situation. We have also grown distant as she starts keeping to herself, isolating herself from other social activities. I’m very tempted to tell her family but I don’t want to ruin our friendship.

Here are what netizens think:

  • Just leave her alone. If you try to say anything, whatever happens to them, she will try to blame you. If they break up, she will blame you, if they get back together, she will also blame you. Let her self destruct.
  • You cannot counsel this type of woman. Based on my experience. Once they fall for someone they believe everything from them and become totally subservient to them, 100%. This type will not listen to you.
  • If u still cherish your friendship with her, be there when her immoral r/s implode. Otherwise run! Her impending drama will make ur life hell. Ask yourself, is it worth it to stick around with her. Better move out while u can.

CUSTOMER SUBMITS TRAVEL INSURANCE CLAIM BUT KENA “DING DONG” HERE AND THERE

Beware when you are purchasing your travel insurance.

I bought mine travel insurance with DirectAsia Insurance.

Unfortunately my luggage was damaged during my vacation, so I was claiming my insurance.

7 Aug – Submitted a claim to DirectAsia Singapore via their website and provided all the necessary documents.

Email was send to me with the claim number and stated that someone will get back via email or call within 5 business days.

18 Aug – Call up DirectAsia to follow up but I was told by the customer service that the person handling my case was out for lunch and will return my call when he back.

28 Aug – Until today, not a single call by the person handling my case (Nicholas Chua/Senior Claims Specialist)
I called the hotline again this morning, but unable to get any assistance.
1st I call 65321818 and the CS told me this is not the correct number to call, and provided me another number, 66655555. And when I dial the number provided another CS told me that he is unable to assist and ask me to send email for non emergency case.
I have send 3 reminders via email to the Senior Claims Specialist but till now no response. Shall see when I can get an update on the status.

Those who are looking to purchase travel insurance, think twice even the price is good and coverage is abit better then other option.

Here are what netizens think:

  • Take money clever, but when time to claim money very very difficult. Insurance are a scam.
  • Please buy from a reputable Insurance company. I had the same experience with them too!
  • I bought from an agent. Luggage bag damaged during one trip. Came back, take picture, sent to agent n received amount in about one week. I guess you buy from someone whom you trust will do his job and leave it to him to process.
  • Sometimes is not about which insurance companies you bought from. Important is the officer in charge handling your case is responsible and communicate with the customer/insured and give them the assurance that their claims is taken care of.

EX-POLICE NSF WHO BOUGHT FORGED MCs TO CHAO KENG GETS PROBATION, SELLER JAILED

0

Muhammad Ayyub Mohd Rafie, a former 21-year-old full-time national serviceman (NSF), has been found guilty of using forged medical certificates (MCs) to avoid his duties, according to The Straits Times.

He pleaded guilty to 2 counts of using forged documents and another count of cheating by personation and was sentenced on 30 August to 18 months of probation, where he will be required to stay indoors from 11pm to 6am, as well as 60 hours of community service.

He bought the forged MCs from his friend’s wife, 27-year-old Siti Syahindah Muhammad Iskandar, with the latter already being sentenced to 10 days imprisonment on 23 August.

The Deceptive Scheme Unveiled

Faking Illness for Personal Gain

Muhammad Ayyub Mohd Rafie, who completed his national service on October 6, 2022, devised a deceptive plan to avoid his duties as an NSF and work as a Foodpanda delivery rider.

He purchased forged medical certificates from a friend’s wife, Siti Syahindah Muhammad Iskandar, 27, in a bid to feign illnesses and evade his responsibilities within the Singapore Police Force.

Ayyub’s motive for using the forged MCs was two-fold. Firstly, he aimed to evade his responsibilities as an NSF, thus escaping the duties associated with his role. Secondly, he sought to utilize the deceptive certificates to secure a position as a Foodpanda delivery driver, a job that required a National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) which he did not possess due to his NSF status.

Siti Syahindah Muhammad Iskandar: A Co-Conspirator’s Fate

Involvement in the Forgery Scheme

Siti Syahindah Muhammad Iskandar, the friend’s wife who provided the forged medical certificates, was also implicated in the scheme. She admitted to selling forged MCs, each priced between $10 and $15, through an unidentified online platform. These certificates were meticulously designed to resemble genuine documents from NuHealth Medical Centre in Woodlands.

Siti Syahindah Muhammad Iskandar pleaded guilty to two counts of forgery and was subsequently sentenced to 10 days in jail. She was granted bail of $15,000 and was required to surrender herself at the State Courts on September 6 to commence her sentence.

The elaborate scheme started to unravel when one of Ayyub’s superior officers grew suspicious after noticing disparities in the doctor’s signature on the forged MCs that Ayyub had submitted. This suspicion prompted the officer to conduct a thorough investigation, eventually leading to the discovery that the medical certificates were, in fact, forgeries.

S’PORE PHONE REPAIRMAN FINDS OBSCENE PHOTOS OF CUSTOMER IN PHONE, SENT IT TO HIMSELF

0

26-year-old Loo Lung Tat pleaded guilty to one count of possessing intimate media recordings of others without consent, and another count of obstructing the course of justice by deleting the chat and app.

He was sentenced on 29 August to 3 months and 6 weeks imprisonment.

He had found intimate photos and video recordings of a customer’s fiancee while repairing his phone and scrolling through his media gallery, before sending the files to himself in another chat, according to Channel NewsAsia.

However, he got found out when the customer noticed that there was a new chat window in the Telegram messaging app with the files that Loo had sent to himself.

What happened?

The incident took place on 10 January 2021. A 30-year-old man, seeking to repair his OnePlus 7 Pro smartphone after an accidental drop, entrusted the device to a shop assistant at High Tech Mobile, located in Bugis Junction

The shop assistant, Loo Lung Tat, was tasked with the repair. Armed with the device’s password, he commenced the task of replacing the LCD screen.

However, things took a dark turn when Loo decided to venture into the customer’s personal data without authorization.

Upon accessing the customer’s Telegram chat history with his fiancee, Loo scrolled through the media gallery, stumbling upon intimate images and videos of the man’s partner. He then decided to save these private media for his personal use.

Loo attempted to forward the images to himself, but his plan hit a snag. As the customer had not saved his number, the images could not be forwarded directly. Determined to execute his plan, Loo saved his contact information on the customer’s phone and proceeded to forward the explicit media to himself.

The unsuspecting customer, using his phone later that day, discovered a new chat window with a user named “Jacky.”

Intrigued by the unfamiliar contact, he opened the chat only to be greeted by a barrage of intimate images of his fiancee. Bewildered and alarmed, he confronted Jacky, only to receive silence in response.

Realizing the gravity of his actions, Loo, the shop assistant, grew anxious and fearful. Fearing confrontation, he resorted to deleting the entire chat history and promptly uninstalled the Telegram application from his own phone. His hope was that erasing the evidence would shield him from the consequences.

The customer, however, was not deterred. He promptly reported the incident to the police, armed with a screenshot of the chat history as evidence. Loo’s attempt to evade justice proved futile, as he was swiftly apprehended by the authorities.

COMMUNITY DOG DIES AFTER HIT AND RUN INCIDENT SWEPT UP LIKE A PIECE OF RUBBISH

A teary and heartbreaking start of our day. Our Spike was a hit and run victim. From the cctv video, we could see how he struggled his way into this premises and collapsed. He must have gone through a long and painful death. And what was even more painful was no one knew what to do with his body. We can’t blame the factory workers whom tried calling the relevant authorities but what they got from them was : “as long as the body are found within any premises with gates, they won’t be able to dispose”. So in the end, the workers have to dispose him off just like any other piece of rubbish that they swept up.

It is very painful to see how humans treat the dead bodies of animals. Even if our Spike was a stray, he definitely deserves a much more dignified way to leave when it’s time for him to leave. Our lesson learnt in a very painful way through Spike and I hope what I am suggesting here later will help us all in future.

(1) If you accidentally hit an animal, please dun just leave the place heartlessly. Please at least see where the dog is struggling to, inform SPCA or ask for help for people to look for the dog, or get off your car to see if the dog is still alive. If the animal needs medical attention, get him to the vet please. And if the dog unfortunately didn’t survive, please call places like Rainbow Paradise or Pet Mobile to help to remove the body in a dignified manner.

(2) For all stray feeders, do leave your contact numbers with the factories and even next door factories so that they know who they can call when accidents or mishaps happen to your feeding dogs.

(3) If you ever see any hit and run dog or cat bodies on the road or within your factory premises, please call kind hearted animal cremation places. I’m sure they will help to dispose the bodies properly at a discounted rate or even free.

I hope some to you here will help to share this with your friends so that more people will know what to do in future…. Every Stray Matters. Their lives are important. And their bodies do deserve a better way of being cremated instead of just being treated like another piece of rubbish. Do respect all life. Even if it is just an animal. If we can’t even respect a stray’s life, what kind of respect do you wish to see others to have in you.

52-year-old William Aw Chin Chai, who is being accused of assaulting 91.3FM radio host Cheryl Miles, received two more charges on 29 August for harassment and using criminal force on another person, according to The Straits Times.

He is being accused of pushing his right index finger onto a man’s face at VivoCity shopping mall on 29 June at about 6.20pm, as well as using vulgarities on the man.

He is now facing a total of 4 counts of using criminal force on others and one count of harassment.

Aw allegedly kicked a woman’s abdomen at the platform in Orchard MRT station on either 5 or 7 July, as well as tapping another woman on the back of her head near the Ion Orchard shopping mall on 26 July.

This is on top of the attack on radio host Cheryl Miles by allegedly punching her in her right bicep at the Orchard MRT concourse that same day.

Recap on Cheryl Miles’ incident

On 26 July at around 4.20 pm, Cheryl Miles was walking out of the Orchard MRT station when she encountered a man who blocked her path.

Without warning, the man then allegedly punched her right arm in the concourse area. The incident occurred at the bustling transit hub, leaving bystanders shocked and concerned for Cheryl’s well-being.

Miles then took out her phone and filmed her alleged attacker, who was seen looking away from the camera and gesturing at her, before trying to walk away as Miles exclaimed in the video “-police, yo, yo, you just punched me, dude,” as the man waved her away before leaving the scene.

The police sprang into action immediately after receiving reports of the assault. Through meticulous investigation and the assistance of surveillance cameras at the station, officers from Tanglin Division managed to identify the suspect as William Aw Chin Chai.

He was then subsequently arrested by the police.
