ACTION TAKEN AGAINST DELIVERYMAN WHO ABANDONED PARCELS @ LIFT LOBBY

0

A deliveryman reportedly failed to deliver his parcels at Block 535 Serangoon North Avenue 4, and abandoned the packages at a lift lobby.

SingPost has since taken action against the contractor, according to STOMP.

A resident of the block, Sanjay, told STOMP that he had spotted two packages that belongs to a neighbour at the lift lobby on 21 July at about 9pm.

He said that the parcels “were just dumped” at the lift landing on the 12th storey, and he then took photos of the parcels, showing that they were meant for someone on a lower floor.

Sanjay then reported the matter to SingPost as an “act of public spiritedness”.

According to STOMP, the delivery person is reportedly a third-party contractor, and a spokesperson for SingPost told STOMP that “This is an unfortunate and isolated incident where one of our newly engaged contractors had not completed the delivery of two parcels.”

They added that they have engaged additional new contractors to support their parcel deliveries as they are currently going through a manpower crunch.

SingPost also added that disciplinary actions have been taken against the errant contractor and that they will “step up” on the service standards of their contractors.

They also added that they will “continually monitor” the performance of their parcel ambassadors to make sure that parcels are delivered in a timely and secure manner to customers.

4.           Deputy Assistant Commissioner Aaron Tang, Director of Intelligence Division, said of the operation:

“Drug syndicates and traffickers will stop at nothing to manipulate and exploit drug users on their addictions, all for their own profit and greed. CNB remains firm in our mission of keeping Singapore drug-free, and my officers will continue to clamp down hard on all illicit drug activities.”

“STRAIGHT” GUY SAW FRIEND’S KUKUBIRD IN THE SHOWER, “TURNED ON”

0

I’m 19 and consider myself straight. But I met this gay guy at school (age 21) and we really got on.

We made fast buddies and I admit I did strangely find him attractive. He’s taller than me, lean, thick dark hair, and super- brown eyes.

The first hint that something was up was when we were in the shower cubicle at the campus gym and I saw him without anything on. It totally turned me on.

Fortunately, I had my pants on because there was definitely a boner. So some time goes by… and we hang out (and yeah, in between I did jerk off imagining him).

Then one night about a few months ago I was over at his house and we were watching a movie. We were sitting pretty close together and I felt inclined to hold his hand so I reached over and took it.

He didn’t even seem surprised, though I did notice a smirk on his face. Anyway, he didn’t pull away and we just sat there holding hands for awhile.

Then we sort of glanced at each other, and he leaned forward and kissed me.

Then I kissed him back and we made out on his couch (at some point we were even lying down, him on top of me, with shorts removed and that got me even more turned on).

He led me by my hand to his bedroom, we took each other’s clothes off, and had intercourse (everything including oral but short of “backdoor” since I was not prepared for that in more ways than one).

And I was confused but pretty happy, and it was honestly better than anything I’ve ever had with a girl (though my experience in that arena is rather limited). I ended up spending the night with him. From that point on, our interactions changed.

When greeting each other, we kiss, I spend a few nights a week at his place.

My roommate (who is also gay) walked in to our apartment once and found me with my head in his lap and him stroking my hair.

Afterwards, my roommate referred to him as my boyfriend, and I had to correct him, because again, I’m straight, but I feel strongly connected with him and enjoy spending time close to him.

But then last night my sister asked how things were going with my boyfriend. She said it jokingly, but it’s starting to make me self- conscious.

Am I misinterpreting this relationship, and we’re more than just close buddies who periodically have fun? Is it possible I’m not straight, or do no other straight guys feel comfortable doing stuff like this? Any advice?”

Netizens’ comments

  • Ya, u are not straight. U are bi at best. And the relationship is either friends with benefit or soon-to-be boyfriend. Like even a straight male doesn’t do this kind of stuff with a close female friend?
  • We’re all on a spectrum, not an on-off switch. It’s possible to love just this one male person, and not others. People love to place others into neat little boxes so that their tiny brains can get on with life, but that doesn’t mean reality is such. Just love who you love. Life’s too short, and all that jazz.

AH BENG CHEATED ON GF, THEN SPREADS RUMOURS THAT SHE’S A GOLD DIGGER

A Facebook user shared how her ex-boyfriend had been allegedly spreading rumours that she’s a gold digger after cheating on her.

She shared that he has been active on a website called “Sugarbook” and looking for girls to sleep with, as well as looking for prostitutes.

She also alleged that he has some “scam cases” on the side, and that he still owes her about $36.8k.

Here is what she said

Hi guys, I am writing this post not to slander or defame anyone. I am writing this post in the hopes of warning others and to shed light on what had been going on in my life currently. At such, I also wish to protect myself from anyone putting dirt on my name.

I have been dating this guy by the name of *name withheld for legal reasons*, for half a year and recently broke up. During this relationship, he had cheated on me numerous times and I recently found out that he had some scam cases on the side.

I wish to defend my name because I also heard that recently he has been spreading words about me being a gold digger. It was an equal relationship between both of us, we give and take for each other. However, there are times where he had given more than what i had, but in a relationship when u give your partner gifts, you shouldn’t expect to be reciprocated in the same amount. It’s the thought that counts. When he was with me, he was the more financially stable one as well.

Not gonna say much, let these photos do the talking.

1) Active on Sugarbook, finding girls for PPM (Pay Per Meet) with intimacy, which nastily put, he’s looking to pay for s–.

2) Finding prostitutes, escorts, etc. As seen from his call log, which I googled the number and it came out on the website. After which I WhatsApp-ed the number, and her response is as such. The reason why then I checked his phone call log was because he went missing for 45 mins, and told me he met his friend for supper which I felt highly suspicious. Never doubt a woman’s sixth sense, she’s mostly accurate.

3) When I felt the relationship was not going anywhere, I sat him down many times and even on messages, asked what he thought of this relationship. He replied he loved me and to work towards our goals and future. With hindsight, it is utter bulls—. A lot of gaslighting, manipulation and leading me on.

4) He even brought a girl into my home when I was overseas.

5) Through the relationship, he always criticized me and put me down as well. When he’s the one being at fault all these while.

6) *name withheld* hasn’t returned me the 36.8k he agreed upon as well. All are empty promises and more lies. Despite forgiving his cheating habits time and time again, he never changed.

56-year-old Neo Beng Yeow, pleaded guilty to one count of outraging a 12-year-old girl’s modesty, with another similar charge being considered during his sentencing.

He was sentenced to 20 months imprisonment on 28 July, after molesting the 12-year-old schoolgirl near a bus stop at Bendemeer.

What happened?

On 23 July 2021, Neo approached the victim who was walking toward the bus stop to meet her friends after school.

Neo held the girl’s arm and asked her if she had eaten, to which the girl said no, and Neo then brushed his hand across her chest over her school uniform.

The victim then ran away from him and towards her friends, and Neo then walked towards them and spoke to them, and one of the victim’s friends then took a photo of him.

Neo then ran to the bus stop and got onto a bus and left.

The schoolgirl then started crying and some passers-by stopped to offer help, with one of the kind samaritans making a police report.

GUY WANTS TO BREAK UP WITH 43 Y.O GF – “PROBLEMS WITH OUR AGE DIFFERENCE”

0

I (32M) think I need to break up with my girlfriend (43F) due to problems with our age difference.

My girlfriend and I have been together for just over a year and overall our relationship has been good. Our age 11 year age difference did concern me at first because I thought we would have different expectations of our relationship so I was very clear with my girlfriend about what I want in our relationship before getting too serious.

Before we officially started dating, I straight up told her that I want to take my time with everything and don’t want to rush anything. I told her that marriage was something I wanted but definitely not in the near future (atleast 3 years of dating).

I also told her that I didn’t want kids until I was atleast married for one year. I was honest and direct with how I view the relationship at the start so that there were no surprises. She completely agreed with me on everything and told me that she has no rush. So nothing was holding us back.

The first big problem in our relationship occured at right about 6 months. My gf all of a sudden told me that she wanted to move in together despite only being together for half a year. I definitely didn’t feel comfortable with this this early into our relationship so I told her that.

I reiterated that I didn’t want to rush anything and that I would feel comfortable moving in if we were together for a year. This caused a few serious arguments between us.

We have now been together for about a year and recently some other concerns have been brought to my attention. Recently while discussing moving in together since we both feel ready for it, she told me that she wants to be married by the time our 2nd year anniversary comes around and that she even wants to be pregnant.

So she basically expects a proposal from me in the next few months. I straight up told her that I’m not ready to propose yet any time soon and reiterated again that I don’t want to rush anything I’m not comfortable with. This lead to another big argument about our expectations of our relaitonship.

Now I’m really doubting if this relationship is good for the both of us since we both have very different timelines about what we desire in our relationship despite me being very clear about my expectations from the start.

I don’t want to feel pressured by my partner into anything but that’s how I exactly feel right now. I don’t see a solution where the both of us are happy and fullfilled wihtin our relationship. I think that I definitely need to narrow my future dating to only women that are younger than me so situations like these don’t occur again.

Do you guys think there is anyway to resolve this matter without anyone resenting eachother? Or do I have to accept that it is over and search for a younger partner who also isn’t in a rush about the future,

BUS DRIVER CAN’T TAHAN ANYMORE, STOP BUS TO GO TOILET – HE IS HUMAN AFTER ALL

TikTok user @.sak.sak shared a video showing the scenes when his bus driver had to use the toilet and stopped the bus with the passengers inside.

The short video showed a shot inside the bus, showing the group of passengers patiently waiting for the bus driver to return from his urgent toilet break.

GIRL REFUSES TO POST PHOTOS OF BF ONLINE, SCARED OF “DRAMA” FROM REJECTED GUYS

0

My [29M] GF [27F] doesn’t want to post me on social media because it may cause “drama” from guys she rejected.

Hi everyone. I don’t normally like posting about my relationship online but am a little perplexed as to how to take this one.

My current GF and I have been dating for a couple of months and things have been great. I can tell that she’s committed to the relationship and we spend a great amount of time with each other and have fun.

Yesterday we were on a trip and I took a selfie of us and said “you should post that” without much thought. She then said “oh you can post it, but I don’t think I want to.”

I asked her why and she said that it could “cause drama.” Again, I asked her what she meant and she said she has a lot of guys who she rejected that follow her on Instagram and she doesn’t want the “oh I thought you weren’t ready for a relationship?” type of comments.

I asked her why she cares and why she keeps guys like that on social media to which she didn’t say anything.

I know she’s not keeping the relationship a secret, her friends and family know about me. I’m just a little concerned as to whether this type of behavior could be indicative of people who chronically seek attention online from the opposite gender.

There’s nothing particularly wrong with that, but I’d honestly not know how to feel about a partner that’s like that.

Would this be particularly alarming behavior? Or should I just calm down and enjoy the ride? Thing is, I’d like to talk to her about this but no matter how I word it it sounds confrontational/judgmental.

Thanks in advance.

S’PORE WOMAN DROVE TO JOHOR MALL, WINDOW SMASHED & BAG STOLEN

A woman from Singapore had driven her car to a Johor Bahru shopping mall and when she returned to her car at the carpark, she found her car window smashed and her bag stolen.

The incident happened on 23 July at around 8pm, according to 8 World News.

The woman had driven to the mall and parked her car on the 2nd storey of the carpark, near the entrance.

After finishing her shopping with her boyfriend, they returned to their car and found the passenger side window of their black Volkswagen Scirocco smashed.

Glass fragments were also seen on the passenger seat, and a security guard was seen standing beside their car.

The security told the couple that the carjacker had kicked him and told him to mind his own business, before fleeing with his loot.

The woman said that the had lost about $200 in cash that was kept inside the vehicle, and she also had to spend about $400 to repair her car’s damaged window.

She added that thankfully her passport and IC were kept separately from the stolen bag, and that the carjacker had only taken her bag and not her passport.

The incident has since been reported to the Malaysian police, and the management of the mall also said that they are aware of the incident and will reach out to the woman to follow up.

GUY SAYS IT’S “HARD TO LOOK AT MY FIANCEE” AFTER SHE GAINED WEIGHT

0

I (25M) am finding it harder and harder to look at my fiance(25F) because of her weight gain

I dont really know how else to say it but over the past couple of years my fiance has been gaining weight at what seems to be a pretty quick rate and its been bothering me for a while.

She tells me somewhat frequently that when she orders food to her office she’s eating really healthy foods like smoothies, poke bowls, and salads.

And she says when she weighs herself that she fluctuates but it’s overall downwards.

But I just can’t believe her when she makes jokes about her fupa or when I look at her stomach going out farther then her chest.

I can’t help but to stare and I don’t even think “oh that’s disgusting” or “she’s really gross” just a feeling of disappointment.

She’s very sensitive but I don’t want these feeling to develop into resentment about it or anger at her. I love her dearly and while I’m not the picture of fitness and health, but I’m at least trying and working really hard to improve my own body.

I’ve been losing weight steadily of the past month+ and I’ve lost a lot of weight and I feel really good. But she doesn’t want to participate or try any of the recipes I want to cook. She doesn’t want to walk with me either or do anything physical really. It’s excuse after excuse.

I know it’s gonna hurt her feelings if I bring it up and she’s going to feel really ugly and gross and think that I don’t find her attractive at all.

I still think she’s beautiful, sweet, kind, and very physically attractive, but if I don’t say anything now about her weight and physical appearance I’m worried about her health and well being.

So I guess my main question is, is there a way I can gently bring this up and still help her understand how I feel?

If there’s any questions about what might help you better understand the situation I’d be more than happy to answer as best I can. Thank you
