Hi. I met a girl on CMB and started to go out last Dec. I enjoyed the time spent with her. But there are some problems:

1) She is always busy. Apart from work, she gives tuition and attends other lessons. Hence, we can only meet on weekends (like an hr in the morning) or weekdays evening (2-3 hrs). On public holidays, our meetup is also limited by her tuition schedule. Whenever we go out, mostly is to attend lessons (e.g. sports). I would prefer sth that are more interactive and have spoken to her a few times.

2) She wants to let nature takes its course. We have been going out for more than 7 mths. I have confessed to her a few times but her reply is always to let nature takes its courses.

3) She is more emotional than logical. When trying to have serious discussions with her, she would say that I am assuming, accusing her, or I am selfish, inconsiderate, etc. I was just sharing my views and inviting her to express hers. In the end, the conversation always digressed and what I wanted to talk abt originally was not discussed.

I really want to continue on this relationship (?) with her. But I feel that some problems if not solved, will make it challenging in the future. Also I am not sure if she is interested to take this relationship further.

I fall in love with every man that shows me slightest bit of interest

hey, i (20f) have had a pretty difficult life in my teen years – my parents neglected me, never had any real friends that i would hang with out regularly,

Basically, was never really loved by anyone at any point. When i was 17, i got my first real boyfriend (now is 19m) that i love very much to this day

BUT i have this inner conflict with myself that I desire almost every man that shows affection, is friendly or shows even platonic interest in me.

I’m not a cheater, i never would act on anything but i feel like I can’t do anything about it and I also don’t know how to fix it.

I’m a university professor and I’ve slept with 3 former students

Like the title says. I didn’t go after them. I was never an instigator. They had each graduated by the time these encounters happened, but I still feel kinda weird about it. I’m in my mid-30s, probably about 10-20 years younger than most of the other professors.

I don’t think I’m much to look at — I’m a short, scrawny nerd — but everyone seems to think I’m the “cool” professor. I’m not flirty or creepy or inappropriate in class. I keep it professional.

The first time it happened was about 2 years ago. A (28F) had graduated the year before, and we kept in touch. I had just moved into a new apartment after leaving my serial cheater wife, and I asked A about babysitting while I went on dates.

I recently started a new course of medication andn one of the side effects is extremely vivid dreams.

In my dream, my wife and I were taking a walk when we passed a guy who was cleaning his home. He moved suddenly and nudged my wife with his trash bag.

I said, “Hey, watch it!” He muttered an apology but immediately did it again. I said, “Buddy if you don’t knock it off, I am going to have to knock you out!”

He said, “I don’t believe you will,” and then 5 or 6 of his friends came out of nowhere. “Get her!” he yelled, and so I reacted as any protective husband would.

I punched and missed a couple of times so, on the third attack, I really leaned into it to make sure I made contact, and I did.

The next I know, my wife wakes me up yelling, “You hit me in the effing mouth.” It must not have been too hard, because she went back to sleep after I apologized.

TLDR: New medication gives me vivid dreams and I threw a punch in my sleep hitting my wife.
