The video managed to film a number of people who are waiting to patron the shops.

The Youtuber took a “queue number” and waited for his turn.

EX-NOC CO-FOUNDER RYAN TAN “COMPLETELY BROKE”, GETS $1K FROM STRANGER

Former co-founder of Night Owl Cinematics (NOC) Ryan Tan, confessed in a post on social media that he was “officially broke” 6 months after leaving the company that he co-founded with his estranged ex-wife Sylvia, following widespread allegations about the latter’s alleged infidelity and mistreatment of their employees.

The 33-year-old posted on his Instagram stories earlier in the week that he was “officially broke” and that “it’s not a joke”, revealing that he had lost more than 90% of his money since he left NOC.

He added that he’s “barely holding on”, and that his income took a hit due to his legal issues, starting new companies and having no revenue.

However, he did add that his freedom is priceless so he’s not that down about it.

Following his confessions on social media, a few netizens have reached out and donated money to him, with the owner of Mentai-Ya Japanese Cuisine, Khoo Keat Hwee transferring $1,000 to Tan to “help his team a lil”.

He also posted a video onto his TikTok account, Mentaiya Keat, saying: “idk much about noc nor ryan but i came across his stories. my 1k is small but should help his team a lil. Bro lets jiayou and pick up from where we all fell. Lets learn and grow from our pain & mistakes.”

@kayakak idk much about noc nor ryan but i came across his stories. my 1k is small but should help his team a lil. Bro lets jiayou and pick up from where we all fell. Lets learn and grow from our pain & mistakes. #respect @Ryan Tan ♬ At My Worst – Pink Sweat$

Khoo spoke to AsiaOne and said that Tan’s story resonated with him, because when he (Khoo) fell, he ran away and didn’t dare speak to many.

He commended Tan for daring to put down his ego and admit that he messed up, and that he thinks “its okay to give up $1,000 to root for someone who is going through bad days”.

Tan then thanked the kind samaritan on his Instagram stories, describing his donation as “crazy”.

Tan then thanked all his supporters for the messages and told them not to worry, as “business is like that, have ups and downs,” and that he’ll “find a way, I always do”.

GANGSTER UNCLE ASKED GIRLS @ PASAR MALAM, “GOT PROBLEM AH, STARE WHAT STARE”

A Facebook user, Amanda Liew, shared how she was with her friend at the Woodlands Pasar Malam enjoying their food when an uncle confronted them thrice.

He allegedly asked them “You got problem ah? Stare what stare, stare somemore?” and allegedly wanted to pick a fight with them.

Here is what she said

Earlier today my friend and I (both of us girls) were enjoying our food bought at the Woodlands Pasar Malam when this old uncle walked up to us outside Causeway Point like a gangster THRICE

and started asking “U got problem with me ah? Stare what stare, stare somemore?” and wanted to pick a fight with us despite that we were NOT LOOKING in his direction at all…

we were facing the pasar malam and NEVER looking at him. Yes, we were extremely disgusted by his behaviour and hence moved to another spot further up the pathway.

and STILL, he kept looking at us and started his confrontation again and again…Nothing more than a NUISANCE causing HARRASSMENT to innocent people.

You have been warned, stay far far away from this person and ignore him if he does approach you..

MARRIED MAN CHEATING HALFWAY THEN STOPS, ASKS IF HE SHOULD TELL HIS WIFE

0

I (40M) started to cheat on my wife (38F) but stopped halfway through. Do I still tell her?
My wife and I have a great relationship. I can’t say I have any real complaints. We have been together for five years, married for two of those, and up until now I would have said I would never stray.

I was away for work last week and while I was in the hotel, a young woman (21F) sat next to me and began to flirt with me. I was extremely flattered by the attention. I have to admit it was a real ego boost to be flirted with by someone so young as I’ve started to get that middle-age dadbod and have been feeling like I’m losing my looks a bit. After a bit of talking the woman invited herself back up to my hotel room where we started getting frisky.

For me it was all about the thrill of being desired by someone other than my wife, especially by a very young woman. I was slightly drunk and I figured I’ll probably never get the opportunity to sleep with a 21 year old again.

But the thrill wore off very quickly as I realized that I wasn’t enjoying myself. This girl was not good in bed. She basically just laid there and starfished, sometimes she would pull herself into what she thought was a nice pose but that was it. She didn’t seem interested in me at all, I might as well have been a statue because she seemed more interested in herself and how she posed.

My wife has always been amazing. When I’m with my wife she’s all over me, talking to me and telling me how hot I am, grabbing me, touching me, getting on top and so on. I feel like the hottest guy in the world when I’m in bed with my wife. With this girl I felt like I could leave the room and she might not even notice let alone care. She seemed like she just wanted the ego boost of a guy finding her attractive.

I couldn’t stay aroused and I stopped about ten minutes into it and asked her to leave, which she did. I didn’t come, I just took a shower and then called my wife to hear her voice.

Now I’m back home and so far I haven’t told my wife about any of it. There’s a guilty part of me that says I should because she deserves to know but another part of me says why should I torpedo our happy marriage and cause her pain for something that I didn’t even enjoy and will never do again? All it did was prove to me that I want my wife more than anyone else. I want to do the right thing but I genuinely don’t know what the right thing to do is here. I know that I will never ever stray again. Should I tell her or keep it to myself?

Editor’s note: You made the conscious decisions to (1) accept her invitation to the hotel room, (2) take off your clothes, (3) get frisky with the woman, (4) actually engage in intercourse. And even thought you didn’t “pew pew”, you definitely cheated man.

WOMAN BEATEN BY FATHER AS A CHILD, NOW 27 BUT STILL SCARED OF HIM

0

I (27f) am still afraid of my father (59m) for hitting me as a child. He makes fun of that. How do I sort this out?

My father was raised by an emotionally unavailable man, is now retired but was a very successful workaholic with anger issues, he is emotionally stunted, insecure and childish.

Both him and my mother have zero communication skills and were frankly not up to the task of raising children.

I (now 27f) started being afraid of my father when I was around 12 or 13, my sister and I were now teenagers and my parents did absolutely not know how to deal with us.

We never did anything bad, it was normal teenager stuff (not wanting to do chores, sleeping in etc.). My father started slapping us, shoving us around, kicking us etc.

We were never actually injured afterwards, but it was highly traumatic for me. He encouraged my mother to do the same.

Thirteen years later, I’m still afraid of him when he gets angry. I moved out years ago but I visit them. I’m afraid of men that raise their voices.

I’ve spent time boxing to rid myself of feeling helpless. I have literal nightmares about my father just snapping and hitting me again today, even though he stopped when I was 14.

I’m guessing this stems from the fact that he never showed true remorse or saying it was truly wrong, and the fact that he jokes about it.

When I broke up with my last boyfriend he was throwing things around (including glass bottles), when I told my parents on the phone, my father jokes about. I said it’s not funny.

Can anyone relate to this? What are your experiences? Am I unjustified for feeling this way? Should I speak to my father again about this, seek therapy?

AUDI DRIVER LOST CONTROL OF CAR & CRASHED INTO VINTAGE CARS @ KRANJI

A reckless Audi driver was seen in a video online wrecking three vintage cars after speeding and swerving towards them.

A 1969 MG Midget and 2 Volkswagens were wrecked by the blue Audi RS3 in the incident.

The Audi was seen speeding towards the parked vintage cars and swerving as it neared a sharp turn before drifting and crashing into the vintage vehicles.

The incident took place on 23 June at about 10.26pm, at a vintage vehicles workshop Oldvolks Places Pte Ltd located at Carros Centre in Kranji.

The MG suffered the worst fate of the three cars, with its bonnet severely dented inwards; while the yellow Beetle had its foot destroyed, and the Kombi had its side panel wrecked.

Netizens’ comments

  • pity the classic orange car, survived so many years only to be hit in a parked storage area..congratulations to Audi driver
  • RIP vintage cars. Driver will have to pay for the damaged cost which is extremely high value. Don’t you know how slippery the road it is in the multi storey carpark?
  • Wah inside Carros ctr building also want to drive high speed. He oredi prove himself winner for the day. Good job
  • The driver was going so fast that there is a delay between the point of impact and the sound of the collision.

MAN WANTS TO BATHE ALONE BUT WIFE KEEPS PESTERING TO JOIN HIM INSIDE

0

I want my bath time to be alone but my wife doesn’t accept it

I (27) usually take baths on Fridays after a week of work to relax. I usually take these baths at 8pm and it’s become a routine.

This is strictly a solo experience and I just sit in the tub with my iPad and relax. My wife (25) has caught on to my routine and showed interests of wanting to join me but I don’t want her to.

Last Friday, she asked if she could join but I said no because I wanted my alone time in the bath. She came into the toilet while I was watching a video and tried to get in but I told her to leave.

She took my iPad and tried to get me to chase her but I didn’t, so she got upset and left. This week, I made sure to lock the door so she could get in.

I heard her trying to open the door and jokingly mocked her about it. When I got out, she was being immature and said she was having alone time on the bed so I couldn’t get on until she was done.

I just said whatever and went to the couch to chill out. She came out and asked me why I didn’t want her in the bath with me and I told her I just want my alone time.

She claimed I already have enough alone time at work, but I said it doesn’t count because I’m with my coworkers.

I’m trying to get my wife to respect my need for alone time but she doesn’t seem to respect it.

I want to know how I can convince her to let me have this one night a week to myself because I know she’s going to try something next week.

Advice would be appreciated
