NIGHT SAFARI GUESTS ASK STAFF ABOUT “WHITE FLYING ANIMAL”, DIDN’T REALIZE ITS A PONTIANAK

A TikTok video emerged online showing a guy, Affann, in his Night Safari uniform, acting out an encounter he had with some Night Safari visitors.

The visitors asked him about a “new animal that can fly?”

Affann then told them “yes we do… oh wait…”

The tourists then questioned further: “Yes, it was white and flying!”

To which Affann then thought to himself: “It’s in white and flying? Oh sh*t…”

The guests then highlighted that the creature was emitting a very pleasant smell, saying “Yeah! And it smelled so good!”

Affan then wondered to himself, whether he should tell them what they saw.

The poster of the video on Facebook (it was taken down from TikTok and reposted on Facebook) revealed that it was actually a Pontianak that the visitors saw.

Several other netizens then chimed in with their experiences with the supernatural at the park.

UNCLE WANT TO SHOW YOU HOW HE PROTECT HIMSELF FROM COVID-19

An uncle was seen executing an innovative and ingenious method of wearing a face mask.

He could be seen placing his bets at a Singapore Pools outlet with his facemask placed on his forehead instead of his face.

Perhaps his rationale is if his third eye cannot see Covid-19, Covid-19 cannot see him.

NEIGHBOURS PASTE NOTICES TO SCOLD EACH OTHER: SMOKER VS POURING WATER

Two disgruntled neighbours of a HDB building are engaged in a verbal warfare with notices being pasted in public, calling out each other.

It isn’t clear who fired the first shot, but the first notice called out a resident for pouring water out of his/her service yard and causing the clothes hung outside to dry, to become drenched.

The neighbour then retorted and pasted a notice of his/her own, saying: “Water only goes down when your cigarette smoke comes up, be considerate and likewise.”

SYNDICATE SELLS COVID NEGATIVE TEST RESULT FOR $6 ON THE STREETS IN INDIA

mid-day.com

Amid current lockdown-like restrictions in Mumbai, many migrant workers have again been returning to their villages. With a negative COVID test report mandatory in many states, a new business of providing people with such reports without any testing is also flourishing. These reports were considered fake and many of these sellers even stated that they had various agreements with the police to sell them.

In sting operations at Ghatkopar’s Gopal Bhuvan stop and at Borivli’s SGNP bus stop, mid-day found many tours and travel operators issuing COVID-19 negative test reports for just Rs 300-Rs 500 (est.$5.30SGD).

Tour operators at Borivli were very confident of themselves and said they’d take the responsibility if anything were to go wrong. They claimed their fake certificates are more powerful than genuine ones as they have arrangements with cops posted on state borders who allow them to jump lines while bus operators following rules have to wait for several hours.

GUY HOLDS SIGN, ASKING FOR ALL FLIGHTS FROM INDIA TO BE BANNED, “WE ARE NOT RACIST”

A protester in Singapore could be seen holding a sign in front of an unspecified building.

The sign stated: “Please ban all flights from India, we are not racist! Just being Cautious” written on it.

This is likely in response to the growing concerns of imported cases from overseas, especially with India’s deteriorating Covid-19 situation.

India is currently the country with the world’s 2nd highest number of Covid-19 cases.
