Following continuous complaints against errant cyclists on the roads, the public have been calling out for measures to curb misbehaving cyclists on the roads.
Ho Ching, the wife of Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, suggested that Singapore should register all bicycles and PMDs like how we register cars and buses.
She highlighted that Singapore used to do that; issuing license plates for bicycles until 1982, where they stopped the practice.

A netizen shared how his entire bunk had the same nightmare during his national service.
He said that during his National Service, he served his BMT at Pulau Tekong. He was from Kestrel Company, and his bunk was on the fourth floor.
One night, after an intense day of training, he felt physically tired; but during lights out, he felt uneasy and he tossed and turned in his bed, unable to fall asleep.
He eventually fell asleep and had a nightmare that felt very real to him.
The guy’s bed was the inner-most and furthest away from the bunk door, located right beside the window.
He dreamed that a woman was seated outside the bunk’s window, looking into the bunk.
She was combing her long hair with nary an expression on her face.
The guy shared that the woman was pale, as though all the blood was drained from her face.
The woman was standing up, although her feet couldn’t be seen because of the windows.
However, it wouldn’t have been possible for anyone to be standing outside their window because their bunk was on the fourth floor.
The guy then woke up at around 4am in cold sweat, and looked out of the window.
He didn’t see anything; unsettled, he still managed to go back to sleep.
The following morning, he woke up and found a strand of long hair underneath his pillow.
Worried, he told his buddy about the nightmare that he had the night before.
His buddy had a stunned look on his face, as he described every detail of his dream, because he also had the exact same dream.
The two then gathered their whole section and shared their nightmare with the bunk, the whole bunk fell into a deafening silence.
Everyone of them had the same exact dream of the woman combing her hair and looking in from outside the window, beside the OP’s bed.
