Many netizens took to other social media platforms to check if others were expereinceing the same downtime as them.
I myself went on Telegram and Twitter to check if it was just me.
Earlier today, Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Facebook, which owns both Instagram and Whatsapp, posted an apology on his Facebook account.
He said:
“Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp and Messenger are coming back online now. Sorry for the disruption today — I know how much you rely on our services to stay connected with the people you care about.”

She was seen drinking the old men’s beers and mingling around with others, even as the number of daily cases hitting 2475 on Monday.
She also appeared to be a little bit drunk.
