A netizen recently posted a Tiktok video showing how she scams her grandmother to say “F*ck You”.
She starts of by asking her granny to say “flower” which is “fa” in cantonese, before asking her to say “bridge” which is “kiu” in cantonese.
After getting her granny to say it, she then asks her granny to combine both words and say it together, resulting in her granny saying “fa kiu”, which sounds like “f*ck you” in english.
A netizen managed to capture photos of the aftermath of an accident along Havelock Road.
A white Toyota car plate number: SLT2497P was seen landed in the bushes after breaking through road barriers.
The road barriers were completely destroyed. It is unclear if anyone was injured in this incident. Officers were on the scene to direct traffic after the crash.
At least 1 lane was affected after the accident. We have reached out to the relevant authorities for more information.

219 people, ranging in age from 16 to 69, are being investigated by the police for their alleged involvement in unlawful money lending.
Officers from the Criminal Investigation Department and the seven Police land divisions conducted simultaneous searches around the island during a two-week anti-unlicensed moneylending operation that took place between August 23 and September 3, 2021.
According to preliminary investigations, 11 suspects are suspected of harassing debtors at their homes.
-63 suspects are suspected of being runners who assisted in unlicensed moneylending businesses by performing ATM transfers
-Two suspects are suspected of assisting in unlicensed moneylending businesses by registering for mobile lines.

The remaining 143 suspects are believed to have opened bank accounts and provided their ATM cards, Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) and/or Internet Banking tokens to unlicensed moneylenders to facilitate their businesses.
Punishments
First-time offenders found guilty of carrying on or assisting in a business of unlicensed moneylending shall be punished with imprisonment term of up to four years, a fine of between $30,000 and $300,000, and caning of up to six strokes; and
First-time offenders found guilty of committing or attempting to commit any acts of harassment on behalf of an unlicensed moneylender shall be punished with imprisonment term of up to five years, a fine of between $5,000 and $50,000, and caning of between three and six strokes.

54-year-old Phone Chiu Yoke more famously known as “badge lady” has finally been sentenced to 16 weeks in jail for her offence today (Sept 6).
After she was initially caught, she went on bail for SGD$12,000. But she recommitted again while on bail which resulted in the revoked of her bail and was remanded on July 24.
Her sentence has been backdated since she was remanded. Meaning she would still have to serve a couple of weeks more before she can be released.
Previously she told the prosecution to drop charges as she claimed that “ex-naval officer of professional standing”. However, the law does not care who you are.
