XMM APOLOGIZES FOR INSENSITIVE RIVER VALLEY HIGH INSTA STORY

A xiao mei mei who previously posted on Instagram saying that she wanted to experience the River Valley murder has posted a new Insta story apologizing for her insensitive actions.

People will do all sorts of nonsense just to gain more followers on Instagram and her actions were undeniably outrageous.

Here previous post

Her apology post:

I want to apologize for the insensitive story I posted on my spam. I’ve gone through a death of a family member recently and I didn’t mean to hurt anyone. I had not harboured any intent about making jokes about his passing and I know what’s done is done but I only posted this on my private acc with the intention of venting my feelings of stress and sadness but I didn’t expect it to get out.

I had no intentions of taking the situation lightly nor did I wish for harm to happen to any more people after this tragic incident. this is my coping mechanism I know this is no excuse and once again I’m sorry and I would like to offer my apologies to the family of the student and those that I have offended due to my insensitivity and I hope that nothing is like this would happen again.

I have reflected on my actions and I sincerely apologize for what I have said and I will think before I speak from now on.

HAUNTED JURONG WEST FLAT, MAN SAW WHITE FIGURE. REGRETS BUYING CHEAP FLAT

Man buys a cheap flat in Jurong West turns out to be some haunted.

Here is the story:

Open your eyes, ears and everything before buying a house. Just do not buy a flat because it is sold at a discount. Buying a house in Singapore is a very big deal as it is expensive and the loan repayment will go until our age 40s. My friend learnt it the hard way so just sharing her story for those buying HDB flats.

This is my friend story thus just sharing only for us to be careful when buying a house. Below is my friend’s point of view’s story to prevent any misunderstanding.

I still remember when my office phone rang, my husband was on the line saying that he spotted a good HDB 4 Room house deal at Jurong west street 81 blk 840. I am not going to reveal the floor number to prevent scaring the people living the floor in that particular street.

So, we arranged a viewing with the agent and bought it on the spot! A little bit of history I am going to mention so that if you come across a similar case do consider it carefully. When we viewed the flat, we found that it was renovated extensively, and we were told that the owner only stayed for a short while and moved out.
As the owner had bought the flats from HDB direct, they cannot sell the flat yet (5 years rule), so they moved out to a rented flat and later rented a shop unit.

Since the 19th Century

I came to know from research online and other families nearby that Jurong West was previously a cemetery like lim chu kang cemetery (which explained the close distance) and it had been reclaimed for the housing projects. Aka which meant I lived above a cemetery/dead people. More I research, more I find out that many blocks in Jurong west are haunted through the plentiful ghost stories about that place. which scared me as I had just gotten married recently and paid 400k+ for the house.

So please do your research before you purchase a flat which I learn the hard way.

Ok! now I will list all the incidences that happened during my two and half years there.

The encounters

1) As I was watching TV in the hall, I used to see several times a black shadow darting at the corner of the room. One night after watching TV alone, I think it was about 2.00 am and I was walking to sleep, I heard a voice (very clear) calling me “MaMa!” once and instinctively.
I turn my head to my left where the voice came from. My whole body went cold when there was nothing there at all! My wife and only daughter were sleeping soundly.

2)It was in the afternoon; my wife was washing her hair in the toilet.
As she was sitting on the stool bending forward holding the shower above her head washing her hair. Suddenly, she felt that someone gave her a hard push above her head. She was unable to see that time coz her eyes were covered with shampoo. Then immediately, she opens her eyes and call out to my daughter. She found that my daughter was indeed playing in the hall all the time.

3) It was when a new neighbour moved in next door and when they came over to get to know us. My wife was at the gate chatting with them. And my daughter and I was watching TV in the hall. The next evening after dinner in the hawker centre, we met them in the lift. Then, during our conversation, they mentioned, “Where is your boy?” We told them that we only got a daughter, but they insisted that they saw themself, my daughter in the hall watching TV and there was a boy at the staircase playing and he was about 5 years old! Both husband & wife saw that!

4)There was one evening at about 10.00 pm. I was having my bath then when I turn to face the wall behind me, I got shocked!! There was a transparent figure like a human (do not know gal or guy) moved from one wall to another!
I was shaking like a leave and naturally used the hot shower spray and spray to that direction. Nothing happened at all, so I quickly rushed out.

5) This last one is the final straw we able to take before we moved out to our private apartment which happened the tenancy just expires. (Pls note we can only sell after 5 years for resale flat).
I forgot to mention that all this time during the night when we are sleeping in our locked master bedroom, we always heard noises like someone twisting our room handle and trying to open the door. I did check many times to no avail.

MINISTER OF HEALTH ONG YE KUNG EXPLAINS THE ROLLBACK TO PHASE 2

Yesterday Minister of Health Ong Ye Kung explained that he is feeling upset just like everyone else and explained the importance of why there is a need to roll back to Phase 2.

Here is his Facebook post:

I have received several valid queries, including from my friends on WhatsApp, asking why roll back to Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) when we plan to live with COVID-19? Why should everyone else pay for the mistakes of people who were irresponsible?

The Multi-Ministry Taskforce (MTF) explained this during our press conference yesterday, but let me summarise the key points here.

Like everyone, I am upset with the irresponsible behaviour of people in the KTV cluster, but it is not the reason for the reversion to Phase 2(HA).

In fact, the MTF thought we could control the KTV cluster, and decided to keep F&B establishments open with the 2/5 pax rule, i.e. allow five pax if all are fully vaccinated.

Indeed, the number of cases from this cluster has come down over the past few days.

What caused a slide back to Phase 2 (HA) is the Jurong Fishery Port cluster. Unfortunately, while our fishmongers and stall assistants were going about earning an honest living, they got infected at the Port. As they went on to work at various markets around the island, many more cases in the community were seeded.

Markets are frequented by seniors, many of whom remain unvaccinated. This is most worrying, and we are at risk of an uncontrollable rise in cases, which could potentially result in many severe illnesses or even deaths. So we need to preemptively tighten up social activities.

Some asked me why to suspend restaurants, given that there have been no cases detected in those settings.

Unfortunately, it does not work like that. If 5 friends meet for dinner, each has 5 people at home, who in turn meet their friends in groups of 5, we have a network of 5x5x5=125 connections for the virus to work itself through. This will turbo charge the Jurong Fishery Port cluster further.

What is positive is that 50% of our population has received two doses. It is a good rate but needs to go higher. This percentage will be going up by 1 percentage point every day. In 2 weeks, we will be at 64% or more. That will put us in a much stronger and resilient position when we review the Phase 2 (HA) rules.

We are so close to being in a much stronger and confident position. Given the gravity of the Jurong Fishery Port cluster, we felt it is not the time to risk it all now.

It’s a frustrating situation, but I hope with my explanation, we understand why the measures are necessary.

MAN SCARE OF AH LIAN GF, BEHAVE LIKE A GANGSTER. TIGER WIFE

A man shares his story of how his girlfriend behaves like a raging tiger and hounds at him for the slightest things, apparently, the man has a syndrome called “balless” and cannot face his girlfriend like a man.

Full Story:

So my GF has a natural gangster and savage attitude and talks like an ah lian when she’s very angry.

She’s also a fighter so you wouldn’t wanna mess with someone like her. On the other hand, she can also be really nice, sweet and kind. Anyway, sometimes when I accidentally do something and it gets on her nerves or triggers her, she talks like an ah lian gangster towards me and says things like

“come out and talk la knn!” a

nd I legitimately feel scared of her. Furthermore, I feel that sometimes she can be quite double standard and unreasonable.

Does anyone have any advice for me?🙁
