The girl has been missing since Tuesday night (19/11/19), The Police has put it on on Twitter to appeal for information regarding the girl’s whereabouts.
11-year-old girl last seen at Jurong East
According to the Police, she was last seen at 322A Jurong East St 31.
The missing girl was wearing a white t-shirt & blue pants. She has black shoulder-length hair, fair complexion & 1.55m tall. She was last seen on 19 November 2019 at 2145 hrs.
Members of the public who have any information regarding her whereabouts are urged to call 999.
According to a media release, a 10-year-old old local boy that was on a holiday with her mother drown in the swimming pool of a cruise ship owned by Dream Cruises.
The incident happened on the 18 of November 2019, the cruise schedule was three nights long and was docked at Langkawi, Malaysia. The victim has been identified by the Malaysian Police as Alan Heng Kai Lun.
Pool attendants on duty were not able to save the boy from drowning, the medical team onboard the cruise tried to resuscitate the boy but failed to do so.
The victim’s body was taken to Sultanah Maliha Langkawi Hospital.
Dream Cruises is currently cooperating with the authorities for this incident.
A father was accused of raping his daughter and forcing her to perform sex acts on him back in 2016. The father claimed that the daughter the sex acts were consensual and was initiated by his daughter.
The incident happened back on 25 of March 2016, a 52-year-old man shared a room with his 23-year-old daughter. During the wee hours of the evening, the man claimed that his daughter said that she was feeling “h**ny” and took his top off.
The lawyer defending the 52-year-old father said that the charges of rape should drop and should be a charge of incest instead.
The father claims that her daughter was drinking alcohol with her and she told her father to do it and he gave in and had unprotected sex with her daughter. He also stated that the daughter would be unhappy if he did not do it.
Two days later they did it again and he claims that it was the daughter who forces him to do it. He also denies the allegations of using a knife against his daughter.
According to the court, the daughter suffers alcoholism and turn to drugs after the incident.
The victim also claims that her marriage problems were caused by the father.
The authorities found out about this incident after her mother who is already divorced from the man reported it to the Police as she felt that the way the father touched the victim inappropriately.
The 52-year-old father faces multiple charges, he is also accused of using a penknife against his daughter on the 27 of March 2016 who later sexually assaulted her.

According to media reports, the victims who are 28 and 29 years old are from China.
He was sentenced to one year jailed along with 1 stroke of the rotan.

61-year-old Gao Rui Li and 68-year-old Kang You Fa man was sentenced to jail after getting drunk and beating up other customers at a coffee shop located at Taman Jurong.
The incident happened on the 3rd of March 2019 at Yung Sheng Rd,101 Taman Jurong, Court records showed that Gao Rui Li and Kang You Fa was drinking at the coffee shop at the time of the incident, and the two of them were drunk.Â
The victim who sat at the next table challenged Kang to a fight. Kang Youfa pulled the victim’s shirt and pulled him aside and they started punching each other.
Gao Ruilin then joins the fight and use four keyrings as a knuckle duster, they hit the victim’s body and head four times.
Even after the victim was on the ground, they did not stop, they kicked the victim’s stomach twice.
The victim’s head was left bleeding and several other parts of the victim were injured including the face, body and hands. The 51-year-old victim’s had a 0.55cm cut on his right eyelid. The doctor’s test report mentioned that there will be some permanent scarring.

An elderly offender has been sentenced to four years in jail after slashing a man at a Singapore Pools outlet.
The incident between the two-man started on the 11 August 2019 at a Singapore Pools outlet along Rangoon Road, 70-year-old Hong Mee Yong had an argument with the victim Mr Lim Eng Pueh.
Mr Lim would stare at Hong whenever they saw each other at the Singapore Pools outlet. Till one morning, Hong left the scene but return with a bag that was hidden with a 42cm long weapon.
Hong sat at the location for over an hour to consider if he should proceed with the attack. He eventually attacked Lim who was watching a TV screen at the Singapore Pools outlet.
Lim was slashed from his shoulder to his arms.
Hong panicked and ran away from the scene, he then throws the weapon into a rubbish bin. Hong wanted to escape from Singapore and took two separate buses to Golden Mile, he then bought a bus ticket to Hatyai(Thailand) hoping to escape when the bus departs in the evening.
The police managed to track and arrest him before he could escape Singapore.
Court records later suggest that Lim was a bookie and did not pay Hong his $400 winnings which led to the arguments.
Hong could have been sentenced to a maximum of 15 years of jail.

According to a media release, 22-year-old, Rojas Gil Dominic Barbosa a Singapore Permanent resident from the Philippines was arrested for having sex with a 13-year-old at Seng Kang.
It is believed that Rojas first came in contact with the girl on Bigo (Live streaming app) on the 25th of March 2018.
The incident happened somewhere between March 2018 to June 2018, After getting to know the victim on Bigo, It did not take long for Rojas to get a hold of the 13-year-old girl’s phone number and arrange a meet up with the girl.
He met the girl at Sengkang in the afternoon and started to question the girl on her past relationships and sexual experiences. When the girl told Rojas that she has never experienced sex.
It was then, Rojas asked the girl for sex
The girl was not willing to have sex with him but gradually agreed after he manages to convince her, he brought the 13-year-old to a multi-storey carpark along Anchorvale Road and the girl finally agreed to his request.

After having sex, Rojas and the girl went their separate ways at around 5.35 pm.

The 13-year-old girl tried to commit suicide and was admitted to IMH emergency ward twice
The victim mother found out about the incident and called the police on the 8 June 2018, Rojas was arrested 11 days later.
This was not his first time getting caughtfor underage sex
Rojas was sentenced to probation back in 2014 for the same offence, he was also sent for reformative training.
He will be back in court on the 10 of January 2020.

Louise Lai Pei Hsien, a 43-year-old businesswoman set up a company known as I-KnowHow to provide services such as providing market research, web & mobile development.
She worked with 55-year-old Viktor Cheng Choong Hung, an ex-director of NTUitive which is regarded as a top post in NTU to cheat the university. I-KnowHow would tender for projects that were under NTU subsidiaries. However, I-KnowHow only dealt with NTU, citing that the company was set up with deliberate intent to only launder funds from NTU and had no intention of practising a normal business.
The plot involves transactions where multiple NTU projects were billed by I-KnowHow.
Although both of them knew that this would put Cheng to be in a position of ‘conflict of interest’, they carried on and set up the business, Cheng was not listed as a owner of the company I-KnowHow to avoid detection.
Cheng would then control the business from the background while Lai would be the face of the business.
