Allegations arose, where NOC’s employees allegedly had their salary delayed for up to a year, according to #EndTheSilence.
In a leaked zoom meeting video, Ryan was heard in the video confronting Sylvia about the delayed salary as well as the workload of the team (including his), who were allegedly made to work until 4am.
Sylvia was seen in the video sticking her tongue out, smiling and smirking as Ryan vented his heart out while speaking up for the employees.
He also spoke against her management style and said that if he were to leave, a lot of people will leave as well.
He said that he is still here because he built the company (with her) painstakingly.
It was also revealed in the video that she was 10 mins late for the zoom meeting, and even (allegedly) 2 hours late for a shoot.
