In a leaked zoom meeting call, Ryan was seen confronting Sylvia for allegedly trying to sow discord in his team.
According to #EndTheSilence, Ryan said that he was told “someone on his team” told Sylvia that he was incompetent leader.
Ryan then asked her who was the one who said that he was an incompetent leader, to which Sylvia was seen in the video smirking.
Ryan then pressed her as she kept mum, saying: “Why are you not saying? Why is it so hard to say? You say is from my team, I want to know who?”
Sylvia then opened her mouth momentarily, but was at a loss for words and couldn’t answer him.
The back and forth then continued, with Ryan continuing: “So is not anyone from my team? So don’t come and stir sh*t and say is my team.”
“So it’s you.”
Shortly after, Ryan then allegedly left the Zoom meeting call temporarily, and Sylvia then declared in the meeting: “Since he’s going on unpaid leave, Felicia you are not the Project Manager.”
The video then highlights that Ryan never said that he was going on unpaid leave throughout the meeting.
Felicia then said that she won’t take the role, and that things cannot function without Ryan anyway.
Sylvia then asked Bryant if he is okay to take the role of project manager, to which he declined as well.
Sylvia then asked both of them to leave the meeting.
