GUY SAYS BIRKENSTOCK STORE ON LAZADA DELAYED HIS ORDER, REFUNDED HIM THEN WENT MIA

0

A Facebook user going by the alias of Guolong Lin recently posted on Complaint Singapore’s Facebook about his experience with the official Birkenstock store on the Lazada platform.

Apparently, he had thought he gotten a good deal on a pair of Birkenstock slippers during the 12/12 sale but said that Birkenstock ended up cancelling his order and refunding to him after delaying the shipment of his slippers and exceeding the deadline.

He further laments that he is disappointed as he had spent a lot of time and effort logging into Lazada to collect vouchers just for the sale but end up it is all wasted.

Here is what he said

‘I will like to complain on the bad experience with birkenstock lazada official store.

I bought the slippers on 12.12 sales and it was a great deal. However, it was not sent out on time and the customer service kept delaying to send out my slippers, and exceed the deadline and ended up refunding to us.

If birkenstock is not able fulfil the sales, they are not even qualified to be in part of lazada sales.

We are very unhappy on this and it is really disappointing as we have waited and pursued the birkenstock official store to send out the item and ask what they promised, however they just simply mentioned that is due to ninja van being overwhelmed and ignored me after the refunded process kicked in.

What is the purpose of purchasing via lazada with applied vouchers but the item was not sent out and they refused to fulfil the purchase.

My demand is to buy the slippers at the discounted rate with my vouchers which I logged in everyday to collect and yet it was came to waste.’

NETIZEN CLAIMS GRABFOOD RIDER VENT HIS ANGER ON HER FAMILY @ TAMP ONE

0

A Facebook user going by the alias of Syazz Hashim recently posted on her social media page about an incident which happened between a Grabfood Rider and her family at Tampines One.

Here is what she said

So yesterday, I brought 3 of my children out to Tampines 1 mall. I just changed my 21 mths baby diapers & we headed to level 5 lift area . I was pushing her on the stroller along with my 7 & 9 years old children. While waiting, a man in grab T shirt covered in a jacket came.

He was mumbling something perhaps rushing to send the food. He placed the food package on the dustbin. Once the lift arrived, he quickly dashed in. My eldest daughter pressed the lift for me to enter along with my boy.

We entered and I told my children to press level 2. She heard me wrongly and pressed 3. There was another elderly makcik who came in after us. Once it reached level 3, the man scolded my girl telling her not to press anyhow.

I told him it was a mistake, simply just close the lift back. He looked at us unhappily. We then reached level 2. My girl went out first again to press the lift from outside. I carefully made my way to exit as he was blocking the other side.

“Get out la faster”, he told us impatiently. I told him “my daughter is pressing for me, kindly wait”. He refused to press the lift door for us and chased us to get out faster.

I told him “this is my daughter & not yours so please shut up”. He raised his voice “no need to press anything la just get out! “ I couldn’t imagine If I were to bring my 9 mths baby what wld happen as there wld be 2 strollers.

Some people can be so unkind to small children including babies. I understand the need to rush but the lift is prioritized for people like us as we couldn’t take the escalator. Please manage your anger & stop venting it on women & small children.

PS: This photo was taken as he was already looking angrily when he came. Mumbled few things to himself then looked at us unhappily.

I sent this to my hubby as I was alone with 3 young kids. In any case of physical or verbal situation, I have something to prepare.

We women are not physically strong but Have to be strong mentally for the kids. Things really got ugly when he dashed in front of us into the lift and scolded us in the lift.

Please look into this matter Grab GrabFood
