A woman seeks help from the internet brigade after she have a problem she can’t solve, stating that she is unable to bear the smell of her boyfriend.

Here is the story:

He showers every day, wears nice smelling clothes (good laundry), wears a normal amount of deodorant, wears expensive cologne, and overall I know he has decent hygiene.

But he has a case of smelly “bird” and I want to bring it up but I don’t want to make him feel bad or awkward. He’s uncut if that helps.

I love my boyfriend but sometimes his bird smells awful. It’s such a turn-off to smell it when you’re getting it on. I’ve tried showering with him and washed it for him during “er-hem” explaining to him how I love a clean bird. I’m beginning to think it’s me and maybe my smell is very strong. I wash regularly and no one has ever objected to going down on me so I don’t know.

Sometimes it just smells like a dirty public toilet’s toilet bowl, like you can smell it even before entering the toilet.

I just want to know if anyone else has this problem.

My coworker is a construction supervisor he seems to have worked on a lot of projects and has a lot of experience. He offered to be a sort of mentor to me since I am very new to construction. I agreed and said that would be great.

My actual supervisor didn’t mention anything about me helping this guy but I do it because I am a team player and because it would be nice to build a good relationship and learn from people with experience.

The problem is that this guy is very old to the point where he struggles both mentally and physically to perform any task. He kind of reminds me of my father and it’s very sad to see him like this. So I try to help as much as I can. He unfortunately either knowingly or unknowingly started taking advantage of this. I told him three times now as tactfully as possible that I have some things I am working on and that I will handle whatever he wants when I am done but he doesn’t seem to want to back off. He has been given work on a project that won’t happen until a year from now while I am given work on a project that we are currently doing.

I need to be on top of my work so that it doesn’t reflect badly on me. So in terms of urgency my project should come as a priority. Yet this guy would basically hand off task after task to me that he is trying to do for his project the entire work day to the point where I can’t do my own work at all. Keep in mind all the tasks he gives me are essentially to help him understand the project better.

Things like overlaying drawings. Arranging them in certain ways or color coding certain things or just writing up something in a table. It never stops and they are so minor, tedious, and pointless that I get more upset because now I have to continue work from home in the short amount of time I have after a 12 hour work day because I am essentially this guy’s unofficial secretary.

Am I wrong for complaining to my boss about him?

Monkeys are animals that will steal food and belongings from people and sometimes it can even get dangerous.

Previously, several videos went viral after a monkey was spotted snatching a student’s bag.

Just a few minutes ago I had a frightening experience with monkeys. Was at macritchie bus stop, holding a small bag of 2 items(small food items) and didn’t realized monkeys were near me. Until I felt someone tugging my bag and yeah. After it stole an item, another 2-4 of them approached me for more food so I threw the rest of the bag at them instinctively. After that, immediately boarded the next bus which arrived at the bus stop, too shocked by the experience.

Pretty lucky got out unharmed. Looking back, should you just surrender your stuff to them once they lock on to you? Or fight for possession of your items and run?

Anyways lesson learnt: do not hold bags of food anywhere near monkeys

• Dont fight with monkeys. Ur 1 v 1 will quickly become 1 v 20. Also their teeths are way sharper than u can imagine.

• Just surrender your food, its never worth it to fight with wild animals. You can always replace your food but not any of your body parts lol

• You don’t surrender your food. They will come back for more once you surrender to them. That’s the reason the other group approached OP. Monkey see monkey do, and they’re not aggressive, and they won’t attack.

• Monkeys have tried stealing my hydration pack, and many times gloves left resting on my bike, all that’s needed is to just shoo them away..

• It’s not uncommon to see packs of over 20 monkeys scattered along a trail. for us, we just ride through making sure not to run over any juvenile. some will move some will stand fast, but we just ride through, and saw hikers just walk pass them normally, and not sure about eye contact. never made any..

• Same for wild boars.. They’re docile.. many times comes head on with a few in a narrow trail. still scary IMO, and Just stop, and once they spot our presence, they will scatter and run off..
