From September 10 to October 6, officers from ICA managed to stop five attempts at illegal importing Ivermectin.
Ivermectin is a drug that was a topic of interest after a woman allegedly became ill after taking the medication.
The buyers either did not report the products or claimed them as ‘Healthcare Products.’
The imports were not authorized by the Health Sciences Authority (HSA), and ICA officers discovered them when they observed abnormalities in the scanned pictures of the shipments. Following that, the police forwarded the instances to the HSA for further examination.

The victims reportedly did not get their items after making payments via bank transfers and PayNow.
According to preliminary investigations, the guy is suspected of defrauding more than 500 people out of more than S$400,000.

“Hi WakeupSg, it’s come to my attention that @bryanngomez has been ill treating his pet dog. As a pet lover & dog owner myself when I saw this video on an acquaintance’s instastory it filled me with thorough anxiety & made me extremely uncomfortable with the puppy‘s mistreatings. As you can see from the above contents, it seems like this is a common practice for the owner of the puppy. Breaks my heart to see actions like this so openly broadcasted on social media for laughs & entertainment.
How they have not been reprimanded is beyond me & how the puppy looks so terrified & miserable is super upsetting. I’m not sure what you can do with this information & I wish to stay anonymous, but I believe these actions should not go unaccounted for. I hope you guys will be able do right by this puppy with your large following by bring this videos to awareness. Hopefully a campaign/ petition can be made too so to rehome the poor puppy. Thank you 🙏🏽
I’d also like to add, that if they are comfortable posting abusive behaviours like this on their social media platforms, I can only imagine what else is being done to the poor puppy behind closed doors…”
