A video emerged online showing a motorcyclist tailgating a car out of the carpark.
He was then seen in the video getting hit on the head by the carpark gantry, just as he was exiting.
The incident happened at Jurong West Street 41, on 4 October.

168 people, ranging in age from 14 to 72, are being investigated by the police for their alleged involvement in unlawful money lending activities.
Officers from the Criminal Investigation Department and the seven Police land divisions conducted simultaneous searches around the island during a two-week anti-unlicensed moneylending operation that took place between September 20 and October 1, 2021.
Preliminary investigations revealed that 14 suspects are suspected of harassing debtors at their homes
34 suspects are suspected of being runners who assisted in unlicensed ,moneylending businesses by making ATM transfers and one suspect is suspected of providing false contact information to an unlicensed moneylender, resulting in harassment.
The remaining 119 suspects are believed to have opened bank accounts and provided their ATM cards, Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) and/or Internet Banking tokens to unlicensed moneylenders to facilitate their businesses.
Investigations against all the suspects are ongoing.
A video emerged online showing a man in white walking on the expressway in the middle of the night.
He was seen walking dangerously as cars were zooming past him.
It is unclear who the man is or which expressway the incident happened.
The police were alerted to a slashing case involving a knife along Yishun Ave 6.
The incident happened on 3 October at about 5.30pm.
A 39-year-old man and 49-year-old woman were arrested for their suspected involvement in the slashing case.
The victim suffered cuts and was sent to the hospital conscious.
The duo fled the scene before the police arrived.
They were identified through the use of CCTV and the police makign ground enquiries.
They were arrested within 4 hours.
A knife was seized.
The persons involved all knew each other and the man will be charged today with voluntarily causing hurt with a dangerous weeping.
The 49-year-old woman is still being investigated.

A video emerged online showing a bus enthusiast making a complaint to the security office at what appears to be a bus interchange.
He alleged that he was taking photos of a bus from outside the interchange when one of the security guards too his photo.
He then complained that he was being harassed because his photo was taken without permission.

According to ICA, they have seized a large number of weight loss products at Changi Airfreight Centre.
ICA said that they have foiled the attempt to smuggle 8,940 weight loss capsules suspected to contain banned substances into Singapore. The case was detected when our officers noticed anomalies in the scanned images of the parcels. The parcels were falsely declared as health supplements.
This case was referred to the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) for further investigation.
Products that are under control requires proper authorisation (advance notification, licence or certificate approval) from the relevant authorities.

Thailand one of the top tourist destination of the world is implementing a 500 baht (SGD$20) tourism fee per person that will begin next year.
Currently the fee is 300 baht and the additional 200 baht will be used by the Thai govt to help with country restructure.
The Thai govt said that the fee is not due to the pandemic and the plan was alreadey in motion since early 2020.
Thought no exact dates of the collection will be announced yet, it is expected to begin implementation next year.
Departure tax is currently at 700 baht.
A 41-year-old man was sentenced to 29 years imprisonment and 24 strokes of the cane.
He had raped his daughter who was 13-years-old, as well as forcing his son who was 15-years-old to rape his own mother twice.
He cannot be named due to a gag order protecting the identity of the victims.
The man, worked as a technician and lived with his wife and two kids.
He was alone at home with his daughter, who was 11-years-old at the time, in 2015.
He told her to go and wash her private parts, which the girl knew means that her father wanted to perform sexual acts on her because he had done it before.
She did as she was told and went into the room where her father was waiting for her, naked.
He then performed a sexual act on her and forced her to do the same to him.
She didn’t consent to it but was scared of her father, so she did as she was told.
In 2017, sometime in September, the father was alone at home with his daughter, who was 13-years-old by now.
He drank alcohol and asked the girl to wash her private parts, before perfoming sexual acts on her.
He then raped her.
The girl was in pain and asked him to stop, but he continued.
She later told her brother about what happened, and he told her not to give in to the father’s demands.
However, he kept mum about it because he was scared of being beaten by the father, as well as fearing for the reputation of the family.
The girl didn’t tell her mother as well because she was scared that she would confront their father, which could lead to her being injured.
In 2018, the father drank alcohol with his wife until she got drunk and fell asleep.
The 15-year-old boy was playing games at the time, and his father asked him to follow him into the bedroom.
He saw his mother naked and sleeping on the bed, and his father then asked him to have sex with her.
He said that he didn’t want to, to which the man got angry.
The son did as he was told because he was afraid of being beaten up, and the man assisted his son in the rape.
The woman was drunk and asleep throughout the ordeal, not knowing what had happened to her.
The daughter took a sex education class and soon realised that it was wrong for her father to have sex with her.
She told her aunt about it in 2019 and she took her to make a police report.
The man said that he raped her because he wanted her to be single, and that he didn’t want her to have sex with any other man.
