INDIAN NATIONAL ASK GIRL IN MRT TO GO HOTEL AND KISSED HER

SINGAPORE: 34-year-old Meesala Siva Prasad who was looking for girls on the MRT found one at a train station and asked if she wants to go hotel and not long after started kissing her hand.

Initially, he denied the crime saying what he did was part of his culture.

He was sentenced to only five days of jail for using criminal force on the 24-year-old victim after pleading guilty to his offences.

How it Happened

The incident happened on 27 June 2019, It was around 10.50 pm, Meesala approached the 24-year-old girl and started asking directions in the MRT station.

It did not take long before he started to ask the girl if she would like to go to hotel 81. The victim refused him and they boarded a train at the North-East Line.

In the train, he asks the girl to sleep with her and took out S$100 to pay the girl, the girl was disgusted by him. This was when he started to kiss the girl’s hand. At some point in the conversation, he also took the girl’s handphone number, but the victim only gave it to him out of fear.

He called her handphone number to confirm that it was real and later alighted at Little India.

Outcome

The judge sentenced him to five days’ jail and backdated it. (WTF?)

For outraging the victim’s modesty, Meesala could have been jailed for up to two years, fined, caned or given any combination of these punishments.

CNB OPERATION SEIZED DRUGS WORTH OVER S$1.1 MILLION. DRUG DEALS ARE REAL

CNB conducted a series of raids against drugs since the start of this year, on the 2 January 2020, officers from the Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) arrested a 39-year-old Singaporean male along Pasir Ris Drive 1 under the suspicion of drug trafficking. 

Officers followed the 39-year-old from Woodlands Drive 50 all the way to Pasir Ris.  His car was raided and the following drugs were found

  • 2,009 ‘Ecstasy’ tablets
  • 4,000 Erimin-5 tablets

Follow up raids at the suspects unit was conducted and cash amounting to S$16,250 was found.

After CNB arrested the first suspect a follow-up operation was continued next morning and another 23-year-old suspected drug trafficker was arrested at the vicinity of Lorong 16 Geylang. The suspect was then brought to a carpark at Woodlands, a car containing the following drugs were found

  • about 60g of heroin
  • 854g of ketamine
  • 8.6kg of ‘Ice’
  • 2,800 ‘Ecstasy’ tablets
  • 2,919 Erimin-5 tablets

Preliminary investigations from CNB revealed that that the 39-year-old suspect had picked up the drugs from under the car parked at Woodlands Drive 50. Where the 23-year-old suspect had earlier left them. 

The following is quoted from CNB

 “Investigations into the drug activities of both suspects are ongoing.  The estimated worth of the drugs seized in this operation is about S$1.1 million.  The 8.6kg of ‘Ice’ seized is sufficient to feed the addiction of about 4,900 abusers for a week.  “

ESPARINA MURDERER THREW DOG OUT OF WINDOW FROM THIRD FLOOR

Earlier today, Paul Leslie Quirk a 48-year-old Australian was charged with one count of committing the murder of his wife Christina Khoo Gek Hwa(43-year-old).

According to the witness of the commotion, loud noises could be heard from a unit from the third floor of the condominium. Other residents heard and the commotion soon drew the attention of more people.

A dog believed to be the couple’s pet was barking. He later carried the dog and threw it downstairs, it is not known if he did it before or after the murder. The dog was thrown off from the third floor and landed onto the pavement leaving a pool of blood.

Yesterday:

According to a Police statement, at 12.07 pm, the police received an alert about the incident. An unresponsive woman was found in the apartment.

Paramedics were on the scene and pronounced the woman dead.

He is now facing psychiatric observation at Changi Prison, if he is convicted of murder he will face the death penalty.

The Sembawang Hot Spring Park, located along Gambas Avenue between Woodlands Avenue 12 and Sembawang Road. It is the only natural hot spring on the main island of Singapore, It is besides an airbase military camp.

Today is the official opening day of the hot spring.

People were seen soaking their feet in the hot water and some even cooked eggs with the hot water! I guess there is extra flavouring.

Okay if you want to go there, you can park at 114 Yishun Ring Road.

History:

A Japanese air raid once drop a bomb on the hot spring and the flow of the hot spring was stopped temporarily.

COMFORT TAXI DRIVER PEE INTO HIS OWN TAXI AT MARSILING MRT STATION

A comfort Taxi driver was caught on camera relieving himself into his Taxi at an MRT station, the video went viral and it has even caught the attention of Comfort Delgro.

The incident happened on the 29 December 2019 at around 9.25 AM, where a Taxi driver was spotted stopping his vehicle at the taxi stand.

The video shows him stood still behind the left door of the taxi. His right hand made some movements. The whole process lasted about 18 seconds.

When he’s done, he closes the door, zips up, puts a container in the trunk, and sits back in the car casually.

Comfort Delgro has given the Taxi driver a serious warning.

MURDER CASE AT BUANGKOK CONDOMINIUM, 48 YEAR OLD MAN ARRESTED

According to a media release, earlier today a 43-year-old woman was found dead in her apartment, the information stated that the incident happened at a Buangkok residential unit on Jan. 3, 2020.

According to a Police statement, at 12.07 pm, the police received an alert about the incident, a 48-year-old man believed to be related to the case has been arrested, he is believed to know the victim.

After the Police arrived, they were brought to a unit at Esparina residences and a woman was found unresponsive. Esparina Residence is a condominium located a five-minute walk away from Buangkok MRT.

Paramedics on the scene pronounced the woman dead on the scene.

The incident has been classified as a murder case, Police investigations are ongoing.

EBIKE CATCH FIRE CHOA CHU KANG, TOO EARLY FOR CNY FIRECRACKERS

From PMD to Ebikes, it seems like it does not matter what you call it, it eventually catches fire.

A video was uploaded by a netizen of an Ebike burning with lots of black smoke, hope that no one is injured. The sound of the burning E-bike sounds like firecrackers.

According to a netizen, the fire is in the vicinity of Lot One Shopping Mall but nearer to the LRT station. SCDF was on the scene shortly the fire broke out.

E-mobility devices normally catches fire when it’s charging, but this device was not charging when it caught fire. Netizens speculate that the fire was started by a short circuit due to poor workmanship of the E-device.

HUNDRED OVER CARTONS OF CIGARETTES FOUND IN M’SIA CAR AT WOODLANDS CHECKPOINT

According to a Facebook post by ICA, officers were able to stop two vehicles with modified compartments storing contraband cigarettes.

In two separate incidents on the 27 and the 29 of December 2019, ICA officers at Woodlands Checkpoint found a total of 556 cartons and 1,458 packets of assorted duty-unpaid cigarettes.

The cars were driven by a 33-year-old male Malaysian and a 27-year-old female Malaysian, both drivers and collected evidence were referred and transferred to Singapore Customs for further investigations.

This method of concealment is a cause for concern as similar methods may be used by people with ill intent to smuggle security items into Singapore.

The ICA will continue to conduct security checks on passengers and vehicles so as to safeguard Singapore’s security.
