A Malaysian car who was queuing along Woodlands Checkpoint decided that it was a good idea to come out from the queue to move in the lane or join another queue, which caused a motorcycle to hit the rear of the car.

For those of you unfamiliar with our fantastic customs at Woodlands, there is only one queue to start on the right most lane of the bridge. Motorcycles will queue on the 2nd most right lane before going into the customs, where they will be filtered into their respective lanes. An alternative car queue is only on the left most lane, in which it is near impossible to change lanes if the road is busy.

We hope the rider is unhurt.

The increment of the fee could possibly begin next year for those travelling out of Changi Airport. The target to complete this airport is by 2030.

The total cost of developing Terminal 5 as well as Changi East would cost billions of dollars. Upon completion, they speculate that it would have about 150 million passengers a year. The tax to fly out of Singapore used to be $28 in April 2013, but has been increased to $34.

Other countries such as Dubai, UAE, and Qatar have ongoing expansion projects but they are only charged SGD $13 for departure tax.

As Singapore becomes like a bad video game who asks for credits or DLCs, do we feel that it is fair for us to foot the bill for something we did not ask for?

Better not to go! Ministry of Foreign Affairs advised Singaporeans not to travel to Bali.

The Indonesian authorities are currently at the highest level of alert. As of now the situation of Mount Agung remain unpredictable. Locals fear of a major eruption.

Please advise friends and family not to go to Bali until it is safer!

I dont really like to expose or viral stuff as it could backfire back to me. But in this case, i have no choice. My bike was seen shifted here and there several time by this organization named “lions club of singapore” whereby they will unload fruits and vegetables for the elderly so called charity.

But this isn’t the way to deal with charity. Aren’t you guys professional enough to do it in a proper channel?

Firstly, my bike was shifted away from the motorcycle lot,

secondly their big lorry park in the lot where they shifted my bike and its illegal plus it’s not a loading/unloading bay. Causes obstruction to other vehicle.

Thirdly, boxes and basket were seen scattered all over the places. And lastly, whatever happen towards my bike, are you guys going to be responsible? I doubt so. Confronted them once and yet they do it again. And so i personally emailed the organisation itself but there were no response. Emailed the town council, traffic police, lta but was told that they will refer to the authority in charge. Up till now nothing happen. Called the police but i think next year then they will reach to my location.

I hope u guys will not be experiencing the same thing as me. Here are the proof of them doing their “charity” work

LOANSHARK RUNNER ARRESTED AFTER LOCKING UNIT WITH BICYCLE LOCK

It has been reported that Loan shark runner was arrested by the police last month.

The Police have arrested a 19-year-old man for his suspected involvement in a case of loanshark harassment reported on 29 November 2017.

On 29 November 2017 at about 8.45pm, the Police were alerted to a case of loanshark harassment where the gate of a residential unit in Bedok Reservoir Road was being chained with bicycle lock and debtor’s note was left at the unit. 

Through good collaboration and familiarity of the terrain, officers from Bedok Police Division managed to establish the identity of the man and swiftly arrested him along Bedok Reservoir Road on the same day at 10.20pm. One handphone with debtor’s records, blue bicycle lock, black coloured pen and debtor’s note were seized as case exhibits.

The man will be charged in Court on 1 December 2017 under the Moneylenders Act 2010 (Revised Edition). Under the Moneylenders Act (Revised Edition 2010), first time offenders found guilty of loanshark harassment shall be fined not less than $5,000 and not more than $50,000 with mandatory imprisonment of up to 5 years, and mandatory caning of up to 6 strokes.

According to SPF, A 38-year-old man was arrested for his involvement in a housebreaking incident along Mountbatten Road.

This happened at a pre-school.

On the 19th of November 2017, The police received reports at 10 pm that a man jumped and climbed over the gates of the school. Bedok Police Division was able to establish the identity with the help of Police cameras in the area.

The man was arrested on the 29th of November 2017 at Ang Mo Kio Ave 1, the man will be charged and punishable up to 14 years old jail.

Everyone please be careful of this ‘photographer’. Arranged for paid shoot for 2 hours at Somerset 6-8pm and when i reach and change clothes he suddenly say dont want to shoot and run off.

My bf had to chase him for quite a distance and had to call security to hold him. Didnt even want to compensate my transport until my bf demanded from him.

His excuse is orchard too crowded and because my bf is there he says its ‘uncomfortable’. Unless you are a pervert and hve ulterior motives, i see no reason why my bf cannot be there.
