Allegations also arose accusing Sylvia of misappropriating company funds, according to #EndTheSilence.
Allegedly lied to Ryan
Sylvia had allegedly lied to Ryan, the co-founder of the company and allegedly instructed for money that Ryan owed to be deducted from his bank account via GIRO, allegedly without his consent.

This was because after their divorce, both of them were required to return money to the company.
NOC’s billing works like this: The employees’ salaries are paid through the NOC PTE LTD bank account, into the recipient’s bank accounts.

According to NOC’s accountant, Ryan has allegedly not been drawing a salary since 2017, with his salary paid to a “sole proprietor” account (referred to as SP in the messages) instead of his personal “wealth account”.
According to the accountant, Ryan’s salary was transferred to the “sole proprietor” account between February 2017 to May 2019, instead of his own “wealth account”.
He only started getting his salary in May 2019 and never managed to get the salary that he was owed over the last 3 to 4 years.
Allegedly used company’s money for personal use
According to #EndTheSilence, the home rental of Sylvia’s apartment was paid for by NOC and she had agreed with Ryan to return the money to the company but has allegedly failed to do so yet.
The finance staff purportedly brought it up and was allegedly scolded and told not to bring it up again.

Prior to Sylvia’s move into the new shophouse-office, renovation for the aforementioned place was still going on so she rented a place to stay, and she allegedly took $6,000 from the company’s account to pay the rental.

Reimbursement to the company account has allegedly yet to be made and sylvia allegedly owes $79,133.51 to the company.
Allegedly funded brother’s salary with company funds to help him get PR
According to #EndTheSilence, Sylvia allegedly used the company’s funds to pay her brother’s salary from May 2021 to help him get PR status.
She allegedly asked their finance staff to issue him a salary monthly after he got an S-Pass, and allegedly asked them to backdate his salary to May.

This was allegedly done to facilitate his application for PR.
A screenshot of his payslip showed that his $4.5k monthly salary is still ongoing.
NOC’s lead videographer Virus confirmed with #EndTheSilence that he (Sylvia’s brother Sikeen” was not being used in company operations.

It is unclear where the money went each month.
Allegedly used company resources for her own side business
Sylvia lauched a side-business of face masks that were “Porky themed”, allegedly using the company’s (NOC) employees to pack the masks instead of them doing work for NOC.
Sylvia was seen in a leaked Whatsapp message saying that the side business was “under (her)” and that it’s her “personal project”.

She said that payments for the side business was made from her personal Paypal.
However, according to the finance staff of NOC and #EndTheSilence, NOC’s AdSense revenue was credited to her PayPal account which she allegedly used to pay her supplier.
Allegedly used NOC funds to start a chilli business
Sylvia allegedly got in touch with Edmond Ng in private to start her own brand of chilli sauce.
The chilli was then endorsed by the company’s Food King.
Below are the leaked Whatsapp screenshots of the conversation between her and Edmong Ng.
The venture eventually fell through and Edmond was allegedly not paid for his time.
