NOC’s co-founder Ryan Tan’s girlfriend, Cherylene Chan, has come out with an official statement defending him following allegations of infidelity by the former’s ex-wife Sylvia Chan, in a tell-all interview with Xiaxue.

The 22-year-old said that her relationship with Ryan was revealed without permission.
