boss expects me to text her when I leave my house

My boss has repeatedly tried to get me to come in 10 minutes before the start of my shift so she won’t be late for her other job.

At first she demanded I do so (until I spoke with her boss lol). She dropped it for about a month. Last night before I came in (7 minutes before the start of my shift, exactly) she called me 5 times back to back.

When I came in she asked me to text her before I leave the house from now on “if you’re going to be late.” I corrected her and let her know that I wasn’t, in fact, late.

I clocked in on the dot. We argued back and forth about me texting her before I left my house. She didn’t seem too happy with my refusal lol.

I’m literally never late, I usually arrive a few minutes early. I just don’t see myself continuing to do so if she’s going to harass me when I don’t do her bidding immediately lol.

It’s so frustrating being told I’m doing something wrong and not being courteous. I’d say calling me 5 times in a row when I’m driving and trying to keep an eye out for my exit is discourteous but WHATEVER.

My girlfriend is cheating on me ! I found her texts with another guy because I had been seeing they were talking for a few weeks. This is the first time I’ve checked her phone since we started dating over 2 years ago.

Yea she’s been seeing this man and talking to him about how much she regrets sharing a place to stay with me. I confront her the first she didn’t say anything, I go the second time she gets mad at me then apologizes shortly after. Talked to her this morning again she doesn’t know what she wants apparently and doesn’t seem willing to co-parent and wants to dump the child for me to take care as the guy she slept with has a family.

Having realised my mistake, I quickly fumbled to close the tab while my heart was pounding and after missing the X a few times, I finally managed to get it to close.

Afterwards while sorting out said banking thing, he didn’t make any mention of what had just happened. I’m not even 100% sure he saw it as the iPad was slightly angled towards me, but I’m pretty sure he saw it.

He even seemed to go silent when it showed up on the screen. When he finally left my room, I just wanted to curl up into a ball and die due the embarrassment.

Overall, things could have been worse as I wasn’t watching anything weird and he’s not one of those parents who would care about me watching such things

he probably already knew that I do as surely he’s not stupid enough to think that me as an 18 year old male has never watched it but it was still an extremely embarrassing moment all the same.

So I was getting nasty with my girlfriend in bed and the condom slipped off while we were doing it, and it got stuck inside her.

Dishonest Hawker. What Should I do?

Recently went to a well known hawker center and one of the store (not going to say who scare kena sue for defamation) was extremely dishonest.

Gave me $2 change for $50 note when the meal cost $8. I swore to the gods that I gave $50. So I looked at the reviews of that stall online and there were reviews from others saying that the owner was dishonest to them as well.

One guy even commented that he paid through paylah and the stall owner said she didn’t receive. Not the only bad review too.

Also, I’m thinking of calling the police but maybe I should stage a situation to gather more evidence first to send this “evil spirit in human skin to the gallows”. What should I do?

I (14M) have a bone disease known as Multiple Hereditary Exostoses (MHE). It causes benign bone tumors to grow everywhere on my body. Although they aren’t cancerous, they are very painful when they are near a nerve.

A lot of these tumors have grown in my knees, fingers and ribs. You can probably guess there are a lot of nerves and muscles there that can be pinched and pierced. It hurts quite a lot. I am constantly at level 5 pain (scale of 1-10). I can only walk for up to 2 minutes, I can’t write (with a pen, if I couldnt type this post wouldnt exist lol) and I’m basically in agony.

We have decided I will go for surgery to saw off some of the most painful tumors in my knee. Hopefully this will restore my ability to walk. The doctors have also decided we should remove 2 of my ribs, which have cracked due to the tumors. They’ll be replaced with metal I think.

There is a 20% chance of death with all these very complicated procedures, and of course, a chance this surgery doesn’t change anything, or even makes it worse. Rolling less than 6 sided dice to determine if I live or die. But to be honest, I don’t really care what happens in this surgery.

If it works, great, I can walk again. If it fails and my condition stays the same/deteriorates, I’ve adapted to this disease enough. I can probably handle a few turns for the worst. And if I die, well, I suppose then there is no more pain.

My friends say it is wrong for me to feel okay about dying. I don’t exactly care if I die at this point. It’s in fate’s hands at this point.

• I probably have the same disease. When i was 15yo i had two biggest tumors removed, one from my arm and one from my leg. A South Korean woman, May5w, was live streaming alone on Twitch at a tram stop located in Central, Hong Kong, when she got molested and groped by a man live on stream, to the horror of her viewers.

The incident happened on 10 September at night, May5w was engaged in casual conversation with her viewers about tram timings and whether they had missed the last tram due to its tardiness. The atmosphere was relaxed, and viewers were enjoying the virtual tour of Hong Kong through her stream.

As May5w continued her livestream, a man dressed in black approached her. He seemed initially interested in the tram schedule, striking up a conversation with her.

May5w, being the kind-hearted person she is, offered to guide him to the train station when she decided to take the train instead.

Unwanted Advances and Discomfort

However, things took a dark turn when the man began making inappropriate physical contact. He placed his arm on her shoulders without her consent.

May5w, feeling uncomfortable, promptly brushed his arm away and attempted to distance herself from him. The situation escalated when the man grabbed her arm and insisted that she come with him.

May5w firmly and repeatedly told the man “no” as she proceeded to enter the train station. Desperate to escape, she was then cornered by the man who pinned her against a wall and telling her that he is alone.

When the man momentarily ceased his assault, she seized the opportunity to escape, running towards a passer-by and shouting for someone to help her.

The incident unfolded live, and May5w’s viewers were horrified by what they were witnessing. They immediately urged her to run and call the police.
