The Ministry of Health (MOH) has posted on its Facebook page on the upcoming easing of restrictions where up to 5 pax from the same household can dine out together inside F&B establishments.
MOH has said that all household members will have to show that they live together in the same residential address, and only the fully vaccinated can enjoy this privilege.
There will be checks conducted to show proof of residence and these information can be showed via NRIC or Singpass app.
Children without these identifications can enter based on a declaration of their residential address.
If members fail to meet the above, the 2 pax dining rule will apply.

A netizen has recently shared on Facebook about the number of scam calls he has received over the past three days and expressed his frustrations of receiving these calls from time to time repeatedly.
He shared that he received a call from a scammer this morning who tried to impersonate the Ministry of Health (MOH), and he decided to play along and dial the number 3 on the keypad.
When he dialed the number 3 as prompted by the ‘automated’ tone, the voice of a man with a strong China accent answered him and said ‘Hello MRH’.
The netizen then remained silent and the scammer repeated him self again saying the same thing.
That was when the netizen decided to scold the scammer by asking him if ‘MRH’ is a new department to which the scammer hanged up the phone.
The netizen also said that he has tried to blocked these numbers from calling every time but they just keep coming via different numbers.

The Singapore Prison Service (SPS), said on Thursday (Nov 11) that more than 200 people have been infected with Covid-19 and these includes 169 inmates, 54 supervisees and nine staff members.
They further explained that supervisees refers to inmates who are near the end of their sentence and hold jobs in the community in sectors like logistics, cleaning and F&B.
All infected persons are at different stages of recovery, and none are hospitalised currently.
Only three supervisees who are symptomatic are in hospital but their conditions are currently stable.
116 of the 169 inmates including inmates who are sentenced to death have tested positive between Nov 6 and Nov 10 are housed in institution A1 at Changi Prison Complex.
The remaining 53 are inmates who recently just entered prison and contracted the virus outside or those who reported sick with symptoms while inside the prison.
Face to Face visitation has been temporarily suspended and have been replaced by phone calls so as to minimise movement in the prison and lower the transmission risk.
Death row inmates are however still granted the face to face visits due to their circumstances.
Measures to protect the elderly and medically vulnerable inmates have also been put in place, such as housing them with fully vaccinated inmates and making them undergo routine rostered testing.
SPS has said that they are committed to ensure that their inmates remain in safe and secure custody.
