Being healthy is the part and parcel of many, some prefer going to jog while some prefer to go to the gym.
But most people start to slack off when they get older. Not Shanmugam.
A quick Google search on Shanmugam states that he is 62-years-old. We can bet he is stronger than most people half his age.
In his Facebook post, he states that he is deadlifting at 105KG while his bodyweight is only 70KG.

An accident happened earlier today in Bedok, a refrigerated truck was seen flipping to its side and landed on the divider.
The Traffic Police were there to assist with a driver who seems to be sitting by the kerb.

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has called out to a Facebook post claiming that a 3-year-old child preschooler has died from COVID-19. The fake news also claimed that the incident was deliberately not reported.
No child died from COVID-19 at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH) as of 14 August.
“The Ministry of Health would like to call out a Facebook post circulating online that a three-year-old preschooler has died from COVID-19 at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH), and that this death was deliberately not reported.
This is completely untrue and a total fabrication. As of 14 August, there has been no child who has died from COVID-19 at KKH. We urge the public to refrain from spreading rumours and misinformation.”

21-year-old Shamaya Lynn, a young mother in Florida, was shot dead by her baby live on a Zoom video-conference meeting.
She was in her home having a Zoom meeting with her colleagues when she suddenly fell backwards.
According to Orlando Sentinel, one of her colleagues who witnessed the incident, said that they heard a loud “kabloom” through the computer, followed by Lynn with her face covered in blood.
They tried to call out her name repeatedly to elicit a response but she was non-responsive.
The manager who was on the call with the group then tried to find Lynn’s address, and one of them called the police.
Officers soon arrived at the house and found her with a gunshot wound to the head, with her toddler being found with a handgun which was loaded and unsecured in the home.
The officers then determined that the toddler fired the shot.
The gun reportedly belonged to the baby’s father.
Investigations are ongoing at the time of writing, with the toddler unharmed and being cared for by relatives.

A video emerged online showing a machine moving eerily by itself at a fitness corner.
Upon closer inspection and repeated viewings, we noticed that all the other machines around were still and unmoving, apart from that one particular machine.
We tried to debunk it further, by considering that the machine was being spun by the wind.
However, the front wheel was turning in a clockwise motion while the back wheel was turning in an anti-clockwise direction, which couldn’t have been caused by the wind – they would be spinning in the same direction.
So is it a paranormal activity, or is it just the wind?
You decide.

A dashcam footage which was uploaded by a driver on social media shows a Uncle cycling out of the carpark.
As the uncle approaches the carpark gantry, one would expect him to move out through the small gap at the side of the gantry.
However, this uncle decides to just whack only and cycle through the gantry, bending it in the process of moving out.
