GRABFOOD RIDER SEEN PUTTING FOOD ON FOOTREST OF MOTORCYCLE

A Grabfood rider was seen placing the customer’s food on the foot rest of his motorcycle.

A netizen who took the photo said that he tried his best to tell the rider not to put food there.

Many netizens also commented on the incident, saying that it is disrespectful and unhygienic.

UNCLE COLLAPSED ON PAVEMENT, SAVED BY WOMAN WHO PERFORMED CPR ON HIM

An uncle suddenly collapsed on a pavement at Bukit Merah in the early hours of 10 June.

A quick thinking passerby hurriedly dropped her things and immediately performed CPR on the stricken man.

An eyewitness said that the uncle was unconscious after collapsing and judging from the woman’s CPR skills, she appears to be from the healthcare sector.

An ambulance soon arrived with paramedics taking over, after which the good samaritan left.

SCDF confirmed that they received a call for assistance at Block 115 Bukit Meran View on 10 June at about 11.10am.

The man was conveyed to SGH.

LAMBORGHINI DRIVER MOUNTS BICYCLE ONTO WINDSHIELD

A Lamborghini Roadster was seen with a bicycle on its windshield.

At first glace, it appears as though come cyclist crashed onto the car’s windscreen.

But upon closer inspection, turns out the driver mounted his/her bicycle onto the vehicle’s windshield.

In the video she stated “IM CRYING”, referring to the number of presents that she received. Netizens poked fun and said, “when you get caught then u cry”.

7 ARRESTED FOR RIOTING, FIGHT WITH KARAMBIT KNIFE @ JALAN BUKIT MERAH

According to the Singapore Police Force, 7 individuals between the ages of 15 and 29 were arrested on Saturday (June 12).

They were arrested under rioting armed with a deadly weapon. Five of them will be charged in court tomorrow (June 14).

The incident happened last Friday night, three youngsters were attacked by the group weilding karambit knife. Two of the youngster who are only 14 and 15-years-old were send to the hospital.

The Police is currently investigating in this incident.

For rioting armed with a deadly weapon they could face up to 10 years of jail term along with the rotan.

BTS FAN DEVASTATED BECAUSE HER FATHER USE HER BTS CUP TO STORE WORMS

McDonald’s recently launched the BTS meal in collaboration with the K-Pop boyband.

For some reason, BTS fans are head over heels over the promotion, with many keeping the cups, boxes and packaging even after finishing their meals.

A BTS fan from Indonesia was one of the many who collected the keepsakes, but her collection found a very different use.

The girl discovered that her father used the cup that she got from her BTS meal to store worms for fishing.

She said in Bahasa Indonesian:

“I want to cry… oh god… why did my dad have to use this for fishing…”

MAN STABBED AT CHOA CHU KANG, 60 Y.O ARRESTED FOR ATTEMPTED MURDER

A 60-year-old man was arrested by the Police after he stabbed another man last night (June 12).

The Police who were alerted to the incident at about 9.35 PM found a man injured with stab wounds at Choa Chu Kang Avenue 3. The 52-year-old victim was conveyed to the hospital.

Investigations revealed that the men were acquainted.

By the time the Police arrived at the scene, the 60-year-old man has already escaped the scene, only the be found and arrested 2 hours later for attempted murder.

The man will be charged tomorrow (June 14) for attempted murder.

According to Section 307 of the Penal Code, For attempted murder the 60-year-old could be jailed for life along with rotan.

NETIZEN WARNS OF MAN WHO ASKS FOR MONEY IN MRT. “NEED MONEY FOR FOOD”

A netizen shared a photo on a Facebook page “complaint Singapore” that there is a man that always goes from one commuter to another to ask for cash claiming that he is hungry and in need to buy food.

Here is what the netizen said:

“Everyone do take note. Not the first time I’ve seen him. DO NOT give him $$$. He will go from end to end asking for $ , saying to buy food, not $1 or $2 but $4. I actually stop a guy from giving him , but was too late to stop that young girl giving him $. After taking $ from this girl , he carry on asking $ along the next carriage, telling his lies.”

Another netizen commented on the post and said that he has a similar experience with a boy at Bedok

“Bedok mall there also got one boy, sell tissues paper but standard will ask for $2. I am food panda rider at one time I saw him smoking and drinking happily walking. Each time I come across him I’ll shout go work lah still young and healthy why cheat people. Usually when someone drop the cash he won’t give the tissue paper packs”

MOTORCYCLIST HIT BY MINI BUS, FLEW 3 METRES AND VOMITED BLOOD

A serious accident occured between a motorcycle and a mini bus, at the junction between Geylang Road and Geylang Lorong 20.

The motorcyclist was hit by the mini bus and the impact sent the rider flying 3 metres before landing on the ground, vomiting blood.

The incident happened on 11 June at around 5.06pm.

The 45-year-old motorcyclist was conveyed conscious to the hospital, while the 67-year-old mini bus driver was arrested on charges of negligent driving causing serious injury to others.

Police investigations are currently ongoing.
