CAT OWNER ABANDONED CATS AND LOCK THEM IN HDB UNIT

6 or 7 cats locked in flat which is vacated! O$P$ sprayed on door by illegal money-lender. Cats crying heard. Police called. They contacted owner.

Police went in. Full of faeces and urine.

Someone helping with sterilisation.

Some cats escaped before police came. Cat caregivers trying to look for them to give them food and water.

I hope owner didn’t abandon cats in flat to die! I also hope, with the police warning, they can’t neglect the cats. But will they obey?
