had request adding me. Which I had approved his request, thereafter, he pm me and was checking whether I’m a taxi driver in Singapore. As I reply him that a Gojek driver now in Singapore.

He declare himself as a Singaporean and living in Vietnam at the moment due to he is a guarantor of an agency from head hunting company for those people who wish to work in Singapore.

So through our WhatApps, WhatApps calling and video calling conversation. He actually was looking for business partner, to support him on Singapore side, by doing the transportation service upon his clients departure in Singapore.
My job is to send his clients to the destinated address at 91 Marine Parade Road.
And due to business partner he is doing, he request to me that, require the support by paying half the tickets price for all the 5 Vietnamese that he bring to Singapore in return. I will get extra $100 per head. And all payments will be in cash upon fetching the Vietnamese from Changi Airport Terminal 1 under Jetstar airline.

So in other words, payment will be
Example:
$500 (Air Ticket) + $500 ($100 p/head) +$60 (transport fee) = $1060

So to prevent Scammer, we manage to come with an agreement by I investing $200 for the air ticket first.
On 27th Nov 2019, I had use Western Union to make a remittance of $200 to his destinated receiver Vo Dinh Chuc

Before the transfer, I had request for the receipt of the air ticket, and he agrees will send me after purchasing the ticket.

But after remittance, he reply me will drop me the receipt by latest 1345hrs that day. Which he failed to do so, and on and off, he was Golding me that he was busy. Wi send me later, but he failed to do that again.
By 2000hrs, which need to pick up the 5 Vietnamese. I was around Changi Airport area waiting for the pick up.

By 2030hrs, he told me that, due to they bring in prohibited items. They need to pay for the fees before crossing the custom. And was requesting for another $450 for help. But I turn down, due to he had brench his promise of sending the receipts initially.

So he was saying that, he will find himself. At 2100hrs, he told me that he still finding. And ask me to wait. At 2130hrs, he was asking my help again, which I turn him down again.
At est 2200hrs, he say that they had detain by customs and ask me to go back while he continue searching for fund.

On 28th Nov, I text him asking for the outcome. He reply saying still short of $150 and want my help. I reply that, I need the proof of the receipt, ticket purchasing with 5 Vietnamese passport number. And photo taking of the original passport to me send to me. Once again he had failed.

Therefore overall, I would believe that all this while he had trying using Facebook and other Social media to target Singapore driver like taxi, grab and gojek to do his scamming. And the amount per person being scam was small. Therefore, there might me other people who being scam but no solution to make report or don’t know what to do.

I wish that, by writing this email to you, you are able to maybe open this case and using the the interpol to catch him. Since he is located at oversea.

PS: Due to using Western Union remittance, I take a photo of the receipt. Therefore my address is clearly show. Afraid he might do something towards my family
