A netizen is seeking help to locate a missing elderly woman. If anyone seen her kindly contact the details below.

Dear All,

Please help to keep a lookout for Mdm Ho Ng Lui. She is 84 years old.

She has been missing since 10am – 11am, 13 October 2019 (Sunday), around the area at Blk 376B Hougang Street 32.

She has dementia and only speaks and understands Cantonese. She has no form of identification on her.

We have reported to the police on Sunday night 13 October 2019.

Please contact Mr Woo at 9783 1767 or assist to bring her to the nearest police station if you find her.

SERIES OF THEFT FROM TAXI DRIVERS BY PASSENGERS

The Police have put up notices in public warning taxi drivers of theft using distraction methods. Cases of taxi drivers distracted and items going missing were reported at Boon Keng, Ang Mo Kio & Geylang.

The following are text from the poster.

CRIME ALERT

Series of Theft from Taxi Drivers Using Distraction Method

From July to September 2019. there were five cases of theft targeting at taxi drivers using distraction tactics.

These cases were reported at Boon Keng, Ang Mo Kio, and Geylang. Suspect(s) would approach or hail for taxis under the pretext of engaging their services. Invalid or empty EZ-link cards, cash cards, or credit/debit cards will be used to make payment. After suspect(s) leave the taxis, the victim will discover missing wallets or cash from their possession.

While Police are investigating these cases, please remain vigilant and alert to suspicious patron who deploys such a method.

JAM TO JB: M’SIA TRAFFIC OFFICER SPOTTED SHOWING “2 FINGERS” AND A SMILE TO DRIVER

What is he doing?

A netizen was stuck in a massive jam to Malaysia custom two days ago and he spotted a car in front of him approached by a man in uniform.

We guess his a traffic police officer in Malaysia doing his job as best as he can.

He was spotted giving a smile to the driver and indicating a number two on his fingers. What do you think the two means? We are not speculating what he might be asking or telling the driver.

What do you guys think?

“Massive jam at the causeway, near the Malaysia immigration checkpoint, see this officer working very hard. He stopped our fellow Singapore car, what his 2 fingers and smile means ah? ”

Maybe he asking someone out for a date?

POLICE LOOKING FOR MAN – DISHONEST MISAPPROPRIATION OF PROPERTY @ FUNAN MALL

The police are looking for the man in the image above, It is believed that whatever the man did was captured by the CCTV.

The incident happened at The Funan mall on the 26th Sept 2019.

What is a “misappropriation of property”(MOP), to put it in simple term, it is using a person or an organization’s property inappropriately even knowing the fact that it is a behavior of dishonesty.

Example of MOP

Mr A found a wallet with that contents money and the identity of a person, knowing the fact that the wallet does not belong to him he uses the money, he will be found guilty.

Example.

Anyone with information is requested to call the Police Hotline at 1800-255-0000 or submit information online at www.police.gov.sg/iwitness. All information received will be kept strictly confidential.

If the man is found guilty, he shall be punished with imprisonment term of up to 2 years and/or with a fine.

K-POP GROUP F(X) – FORMER MEMBER SULLI FOUND DEAD IN HOME

Sulli a former member of a famous K pop group F(X) was found dead in her apartment. The 25-year-old star’s body was found by her agent in her home in Seongnam(Korean).

Sulli real name is Choi Jin-ri, She joined K-pop group f(x) as a member 10 years ago in 2009.

She left the k-pop group in 2014 and joined continue as an actress in her career.

The Korean Police are still investigating in this incident. No information or details has been released by the Korean Authorities so far.

GRAB CUSTOMER GROUNDED, COLLECT FOOD USING ROPE 1ST FLOOR TO 6TH FLOOR

Don’t know if we should laugh or cry at the customer, the customer use a rope pulley for collect his food from the first floor as he is grounded at home.

I guess his mom is not happy about him ordering food or going out.

Azhar Jamie posted a video on Twitter of him tieing the food to a rope, before the customer pulls it up.

TYPHOON HAGIBIS – DEATH TOLL INCREASES TO 40

According to NHK, the current death toll after the Typhoon is now 40! Many people are still missing and almost 200 people were injured during the past few days.

There was so much rain that it flooded many areas. To have an idea of how much rainfall there is, just imagining 40% of the rainfall for a year rains over a weekend in some parts of Japan.

Transportation is affected as well, 10 trains are damaged after soaking in flooded water that is around 4 meters deep.

Officials are mobilizing more trucks to pump out flooded areas. Relief efforts is happening as we speak. Lets hope the people in Japan can get over this natural disasters soon.

SG PR DRIVES WITH NO LICENSE – CAUSED ACCIDENT TAKING 3 LIVES

Xu Kai Xiang a 27-year-olds old PR was fined a total of $1400 and a banned from driving after causing the death of three pedestrians in an accident.

The incident happened on the 23rd of April 2018, Xu was driving a lorry without a valid license to collect a parcel. At approximately 9.30am, his vehicle crash into three people along Ang Mo Kio Ave 6.

All three victims were pronounced dead by the paramedics.

Another charge for causing the death of the three victims, The prosecution will depend on the coroner’s result on the three victim. Speculations made is that he will be receiving a charge at a later date.

29 Y.O M’SIAN ARRESTED AFTER ROBBING PROSTITUTE AT GEYLANG

29-year-old Steeven Raj Beranard Clement, a Malaysian national at Singapore with a social pass booked a prostitute via an online advertisement who he planned to robbed with a knife.

On the 9th of June, Clement made a prostitute booking online with a PRC and the rendezvous location was at a hotel located at 19 Geylang Lorong 22. (Min Wah Hotel). He paid the victim $100 and proceeded “to do” what he paid for.

He later prepared a 17cm blade while waiting for the victim to come out of the bathroom. After she came out, he grab her and demanded for money.

The victim gave all the money she had to the man, around S$2000 worth of cash and he also took her iPhone.

Once Clement left the hotel with the cash and phone. The victim phoned the Police immediately with her spare phone.

He was arrested the next day at Park Hotel Farrer Park. He was sentenced to 39 months jail with 12 strokes of the rotan.

CHEATING CASE – ARRESTED AFTER “SELLING FAKE IPHONE”

According to media reports(news) A 37-year-old man has been arrested after attempting to sell a fake Apple iPhone.

The incident happened on the 10th of October 2019. The victim in the incident was offered a deal by a man trying to sell him a counterfeit Apply iPhone.

The Police responded and arrested the seller at the scene. A total of three phones were found, The Police believes that all three phones are counterfeit products. After the arrested investigations by the Police reveal more. The man is also involved with other cheating cases

The man was charged in court on the 12 of October 2019 for attempting to cheat. He is liable for up to 10 years jail time and/or a fine.

Always check the items you are buying from a stranger, counterfeit items exist!
