Just wrote a complain regarding comforgro flat fare. Engkish no good. Hahaha… But really spoil my mood. Taxi driver always got something in their sleeve. Using flat fare i think it a good way to prevent conflicts among taxi driver and passenger. But still lot of hiccup. U should know lah!
Dear I.0. I had been using comfortgro app for recently and thru some conversations understand that taxi driver and not very keen in the system especially payment by visa.
Today i felt outrageous because the taxi driver 7227 response to my app upon boarding he confirm with me that i have made a flat fare charges. But still he on his meter. Half way i enquiry why he on the meter, he claim his system did not come out with flat fare charge.
Then he suggest to call the operater because i want to pay by visa. The meter show $20 while my flat fare indicated $19. And normal i call hail taxi is about $15.30-$17.00. Your operator everything ask passengers to change payment mode. That i cannot accept as it wasn’t my fault! I refuse to do internet banking transfer. Why should i? Just because i am rushing for work i must comply with your terms?
Then your operator want my visa particular. I have given to her my visa number and date of expire. Please explain to me what is your taxi driver trying to do? If cannot pay by flat fare why confirm with me upon boarding the taxi.
If your company driver does not want to entertain visa payment just let customer made payment on app. Since your operator have my visa particular any deduction got to issue me the receipt. I hope your company look into this matter and please advise me.

Secondly, you are getting the driver into unnecessary trouble. I’ve confirmed with Grab CS, completing trip without actually bringing pax to destination is considered cheating. This can get his account terminated.
YOUNG GIRL PLAY MIND GAME TO SAVE $1 FROM GRAB RIDE
Picked up a young girl, probably Secondary School age, from BLK 387 BB West Ave 5. I asked her where is her destination, she innocently told me it’s BLK 216 JE ST 21. But she was not able to locate the BLK number in GRAB app, so she denoted destination as JE ST 21 only.
I said ok will send her there but kinda suspect the game she’s playing. True enough, checking from rider’s app after the job, the difference between BLK 216 JE ST 21 and simply JE ST 21 is $1.
And BLK 216 is there in the app all along. I do not want to create a scene over $1 with a girl but at such young age, she already knows how to play mind game. Not sure what kind of person she will grow up into.

According to MOM an employer that does not pay for an employees CPF on time(or not paying) is liable for the following offences.
- Late payment interest charged at 18% per annum (1.5% per month), starting from the first day of the following month after the contributions are due. The minimum interest payable is $5 per month.
- A fine of up to $5,000 and no less than $1,000 per offence and/or up to 6 months jail.
- A fine of up to $10,000 and no less than $2,000 per offence and/or 12 months jail for repeat offenders.
- Fine of up to $10,000, imprisonment of up to 7 years or both if you deduct your employee’s share of CPF contributions but fail to pay the contributions to CPF Board.

NETIZEN LENT EX-COLLEAGUE $850 GET THREATEN BY HER BF IN RETURN WHEN PRESS FOR PAYMENT!
The reason of me writing this on my Facebook is because there is no other way for me to contact Geraldine lim (fb profile: DIne Lim) and hope anyone of her friends who see this please pass a message to her, that if she would contact me please do so via SMS, I will not answer any of her call and likewise my family and friends as I had enough of the threatening behaviour i received through the phone calls even trying to be nice in the first place.
So heres the story,
On Wednesday 9th of August my ex colleague by the name of Geradline lim Shi Hui, messaged me at around 3:30pm and said that of one her friend is in need of cash and would like to borrow $1000 as Geraldine’s bf is oversea and would only be back on the night of August 10th to return me by 12am.
After I agreed to lent her, Geraldine said that $850 will do and asked me to pass her cash instead. I was kind of worried to pass her in cash therefore I asked for her address and look her up, and to my surprise Geraldine gave me a condo address. (Many of you may think that i’m foolish to have to do so but because I have been through situation like this in need of help urgently and that reminds me to return a deed.)
SHE IS STAYING IN A CONDO WITH HER PARENTS. GIVEN THE DOUBT AT THAT POINT I CHOSE TO BELIEVE HER. So I decided to withdraw the money from my credit card and transferred the amount of $850 to her bank account, believing that she will return the money on time so that I will not incurr any interest.
After transferring to her bank account, she seems to be checking her bank account and started to walk bit by bit further away from me, so 5 mins later I didn’t get to see her then I knew something is wrong, so I msg her called her more than 10 time, her phone is still off and doesn’t even care to reply my messages.
You are smart to block me from my phone call, whatsapp and Facebook and I couldn’t contact you.
So I got no choice to send you via SMS. You knew that I have kids and family to feed, don’t play me LA… I know $850 is not a big amount to some of you but its a substantial amount for my family daily expenses. Where on earth is the humanity, in the end theres a price to pay for being nice.
On the 10th August you still don’t want reply me, so I got no choice to report to the police to protect myself if she would do anything foolish.
After the report is done, I went up to her tampines unit to look for her so her dad told me that she is not staying with them and I told her dad it’s okay I will look for her myself because as I saw her dad seem like his tears will drop anytime soon. I decided to make my way back home. I’m also a parent so I can understand that feeling of disgrace and disappointments. 20mins later after I left tampines, I received a call from her and I believe its her bf and this is the convo exchanged:
Geraldine bf : “knnccb you at her house downstairs right, you don’t go, I come find you
Me : you come lor .
Geraldine bf : knnccb i will call your wife
Me : you call lor
Gerakdine bf : knnccb you don’t think I don’t know where you stay I come find you
Me : you want you come lor.
Gerladine bf : you better beat me lei.. Arbo I confirm beat you.
Geralding bf : lets go make police report.
Me : please kindly do so to make police report.
Since I got threatened by them, I booked grab and head back home. During my way back home I called police hotline and told them I got threatened by them so police advised me that to call 999 if they do show up.
On 11th August which is yesterday around 4pm geraldine called my phone again but I was on the line with customer so I didn’t pick up her call, soon after, she called to my office and look for me.
Geraldine : so now how you want to settle personally or what
Me : what settle personally you meant?
Geraldine : you went up to my house and look for my dad and now they are very upset
Me : I just wanted to asked your dad where can I locate you but the moment your dad seem like his tears will tears anytime soon then I told him that it’s okay uncle I look for her myself.
Geraldine : so you want me to pay you by today is it, if I didn’t pay you and you will go up again is it?
Me : you think I eat too full meh. Still need to fetch my daughter and go home cook after work.
Geraldine : how do you want to settle now?
Me : you want to pay or not just say
Geraldine : I dont want lei
Me : don’t want then don’t want lor and becoz of trying to help you this is what I get in return and this matter is between you and me do not call my office phone.
Geraldine : don’t make me go up hor..

Me : then yesterday your bf said want beat me then now what?

GERALDINE I would like to advise you that before you do anything foolish to me or anyone related to me, I had already lodge police report with all the relevant facts.
I also would like to inform you that I will not hesitate to lodge other reports if any of the following below happen
1) threaten to hurt me or my family
2) calling my friends or office to make a nuisance.
Lastly I am not a person you can push over. I will do whatever it takes to take legal action against you to protect my family.
I said it here and I meant it.
It saddened me so much that helping a person in need would turn out in such way, resulting in threatening to harm family members.

Today a bro here reco me one legendary nasi lemak at amoy food centre. He say this taste better than punggol nasi lemak. Jun bo? I tink even my ah ma can beat punggol nasi lemak cause is super noob n overpriced. Half-believe-half-suspect go down try lor.
Wah go there lunch time the queue sibei long like machiam buy toto. But quite fast la cause uncle quick hand quick leg. Ordered the standard $3 one. Comes in fish cake, one chicken wing, one otah, one luncheon meat. Walao just base on value for money already pawn punggol nasi gao gao.
First look rice looks normal. But the moment i put in mouth, my whole world spin around 360 degrees and i feel so light that i can fly. The coconut aroma and flavour is super gao till machiam u drinking pure coconut milk. They shld be using the natural grated coconut to cook their rice as this the only way to attain this God level of fragrance. Just eat the rice alone enough liao and cant stop eating as if heroin addiction. The more u eat the more u steam.
I almost finish the whole plate of rice until i remember still got other ingredients. The fish cake, otah and luncheon is normal-get-outside-kind. But the prawn paste chicken wing is another highlight. It is slight crispy on the outside and super juicy in the inside. Meat is tender and every bite release the prawn paste aroma trapped within the meat. Its like the chicken wing bath together with prawn for hours.
Sambal is nicely done too and goes well with the rice. But actually hor eat the rice enough liao. Cause sompah its really damn good till i dun wan eat other rice anymore.

Decided to give this home baker a chance although there were quite a few bad reviews on not fulfilling orders. I am not blaming anyone, I walked into this with my eyes open.
I did all that was instructed, filling up the order form and making payment. One day before collection I was required to text her on my pick up timing and SHE ACKNOWLEDGED! The next day, as instructed again I texted her when I was coming…no reply….called her…..no reply.
When I had reached her place, she finally replied. She told me she had left out part of my order. I canceled my orders on the spot and requested for a full refund. #j_patissier #jpatissier #jpatissiersg
