49-year-old Isham Kayubi who allegedly raped two teenage girls that are 14 years old appeared in court on the 14 of Jan 2020(Tuesday) and was covered in s*it. He defecated himself and did not want to have a change of clothing.

He then uses his own faeces and rubs against a glass panel of the witness stand. Without a doubt the court smell like s*it.

Back in August 2018, he exposed his privates and pee during his trial.

Although he was sent to IMH in September 2019 for assessment of his mental heal, the reports stated that he is fit to continue his trial in court.

Justice See said in court “Once again, I will warn you that unless there is evidence that you are not in control of your physical or mental faculties, this will all have to be taken into account “

Isham was eventually brought to have a change of clothes by two guards

He is on trial for an incident that happened on the 15 of October 2017, he offered S$150 for the 14-year-old victim to clean his home but ended up raping her later.

The second victim is another 14-year-old girl that was told by Isham to look after his flat and he will give her a mobile phone in return.

In both incidents, Isham threatened with his “gang members” and even told the victim then she would be gang rape.

According to a media release, a 32-year-old Singaporean Mark Cheng Jin Quan almost lost his life due to an unfortunate and diabolical plan by another Singaporean.

31-year-old Lee Wei Kim, the mastermind behind the kidnapping arrived with Mark at Suvarnabhumi Airport on the 9 Jan, they boarded a Grab car and the nightmare was starting to unfold.

After travelling for 1 hour, Mark and Lee arrived at a petrol station located at Suwintawong Road

A group of mask men grabbed the duo and transferred the two of them to another vehicle, Mark was blinded folded and drugged. Another piece of black cloth was used to cover Mark’s head, believing to further prevent him from seeing where his going.

The car brought Mark to a district there is already over 100km away from Bangkok central.

Torture

He was then beat up and tortured by the captors, he was tortured using electric, punched and kicked even cold water was used to pour over him.

Initially, the kidnappers wanted US$1 million worth of bitcoins.

Mark gave the captors 1.4 million Thai baht worth of bitcoins. The kidnappers wanted more and they wanted to bury him alive as he heard the kidnappers digging.

The sun rises on the next day

Somehow, Mark managed to escape and found a Police station.

A manhunt was conducted by the Thailand Police and Lee was found arrested at a hotel located in Bangkok.

He is looking at a life sentence according to Thailand law.

According to the media release, a 36-year-old Singaporean Imran Kassim is facing the law after funding ISIS terrorist group.

He admitted in court that he transferred money to ISIS for the benefit of the terrorist group. He was held in court, but he was blinded folded and wore earmuffs.

Imran said : “The only thing I can say I did do was I did the transfer and did it to benefit the Islamic State. I don’t recognise Singapore law so I can’t plead guilty to committing an offence,” he said. “

Imran added that, The only law he acknowledge is Islamic Syariah Law.

If found guilty of financing a terrorist, he is facing up to 10 years’ jail and/or a fine of up to $500,000

A group of youngsters around the age of 17-years-old allegedly attacked a 14-year-old boy at Yio Chu Kang at Gracehaven, The Salvation Army.

One of the perpetrators sexually penetrated him. Gracehaven is a residential home for youngsters who require care, protection and rehabilitation due to risk behaviours.

The incident happened in October 2018, Four attackers were involved in the incident, they forced the 14-year-old to bend over and inserted various stationaries into the 14-year-old, A highlighter and a marker pen.

According to reports, a 17-year-old abetted the other three to join in to commit the attack.

The nightmare did not stop here

The attack happened again a month later, the four individuals attacked the boy again and inserted a pen into him.

The 17-year-old who is believed to be the “leader” that abetted the other three for the attack has been offered bail of S$10,000. The youth will be back in court on Jan 20.

Due to a gag order, none of the names involved can be disclosed.

Offenders convicted of sexually penetrating a minor can be jailed for up to 20 years and fined or caned for each charge.

On Thursday, 9th Jan 2020 at about 6.45pm as I was travelling along PIE twds Tuas (I was going to CCK), somewhere near to Toh Guan Rd exit, I got hit by a fallen metal pipe/rod of about a metre in length from an OTC (Open Top Container) truck ferrying metal recyclables that was travelling on the CENTRE LANE.

I was on the first lane. Mind U, a class 4/5 vehicle with such unsecured load and travelling on the CENTRE LANE of the expressway caused me so much pain that could have cost me my life. I was not directly behind that truck, I was beside the 2nd car that was behind that truck when I saw something flew out from the top of the truck.

As it got nearer and at the speed, it was falling, I realised it was an iron rod/pipe! I ducked to avoid it hitting my face or head but it hit super hard on my left shoulder instead as I have no way to swerve my Z800 coz traffic was rather heavy.

I was very lucky not to lose control of the heavy bike I was riding, if not, I may have lost my life there or got run over by the vehicle(s) behind me. By the time I looked up to regain my composure, the truck was already trying to keep left and the car behind it then obscured my vision to identify the truck’s plate number but only thing I remembered was that the truck has a grey bucket and has no netting to secure its load.

I believe the metal piece hit the vehicle(s) behind me after it hit me.

I was unsure if the truck exited to Toh Guan Road or merely keeping left and continuing with the flow. I couldn’t pull over to the side due to the volume of the traffic. With a bloodied left shoulder and a torn blouse’s sleeve,

I continued my journey to my destination, took my stuff, rode back home and park my bike before going to the A&E to seek treatment. It was by this time that I started to feel giddy. The whole drama left me with a very deep laceration, non-stop dripping of blood and a very sore feeling to my neck and shoulder (strong contusion).

Received about 12 stitches in total, underneath and on the surface and given more than 3 days MC. A police report has been lodged and TP is investigating the case. Blardy stupid driver, how can U not secure your load with netting and causing danger to others?!!

The incident happened at the first-floor unit at 698B Hougang Street 61.

The post claimed that the man has been doing this for years and finally caught him. The Police were alerted to the incident.
