A man was charged on the 24th of October after he took out his ku ku jiao and begun “BEAT AEROPLANE” to a female student in the library.
Xiong JiaWei, a 27-year-old NUS student, unzipped his pants in front of a girl and begun “BEAT AEROPLANE” in the school’s Science Library. For the act of insulting a woman’s modesty, he was given one charge.
The incident happened on the 10th of April at around 6 pm. According to NUS, he has been suspended from school and he will be back on the court on the 5th of November.
NUS spokesman mentioned that they are taking a very serious view on the behavior of the students.
If convicted he will face up to 1-year jail and/or fine.
Singapore News: Marcus Phua Xie Yi, a 22-year-old man attended his court hearing earlier today after allegedly taking upskirt videos in various parts of Singapore.
He took upskirt videos at the following locations
Singapore Institute of Management (SIM)
Ngee Ann Poly
Singapore University of Social Social Sciences (SUSS
Various MRT stations – Clementi, Dover & Raffles
He travelled to various parts of Singapore to commit his crimes, According to a report he took videos at SUSS for five times, seven times at SIM and one at Ngee.
Marcus’s lawyer requested to the judge to adjourn(Lawyer term for postpone trail or resume later) as his client Marcus Phua Xie Yi will be attending a psychiatrist. The court postponed his case to 20th of November 2019 to wait for the psychiatrist report.

According to media release, a 38-year-old man was arrested following the viral videos of Fireworks at Jurong West St 73.
The video was shot by residents from Jurong West on Deepavali night. Residents in the area was alarm when hearing loud noises and flares flying up the HDB block.
The police were notified by residents and a 38-year-old man was arrested yesterday.
According to the video that was recorded it appears to have more than one involved with the Fireworks incident at Jurong West.
The man could face jail sentence of up to two year and/or fined up to $10,000.
A video of a man begging and asking to let be let and be given a chance for his actions. A passerby at the area said that the man on the group was asking for forgiveness after allegedly trying to steal a hand phone.
The man standing believed to be the victim of the crime caught him and pinned him down on the floor after the man in blue tried to escape.
The man kneeling and begging asked for a chance, but he was later arrested by the police at the end of the video.
